“I have just returned from a visit to the walk in centre where my daughter needed treatment for two ear piercings that had become very infected. The two nurses ( I think) who treated her were incredible and were able to remove both piercings. My daughter was clearly in a lot of pain and very distressed but they just kept her calm and worked wonders! I cannot thank them enough - you were fab! Thank you!”

“Excellent care at Arden Ward Stepping Hill Cannot praise the entire staff highly enough ,they are a superb compassionate caring skilled and expert team working hard for all patients. What started as a very scary experience became very rapidly a great healing process. The ward is modern and well looked after, constant cleaning,nice comfy chairs,great occupational therapy classes available each weekday, food is delivered cipus with home made soups and desserts and a choice of food daily. The nursing staff in their entirety including the night staff work extremely hard to support and encourage patients ,they're very skilled at encouraging healthy choices to assist healing. Nice touches like the 9 pm toast makes it surprisingly homely Don't be afraid if you have to stay-at-home the staff will care for you so well with dedication and enthusiasm.”

He diagnosed my eldest with glue ear, fitted grommets in both ears, and revised his tongue tie at 18 months old. The difference has been incredible and my son is now 3 and an half and he is thriving. He has also just treated my 9 day old baby and released a posterior tongue tie that had also been overlooked by doctors whilst in hospital. We love them. They wash and wear really well and the quality is excellent. We love the colourful designs and the more neutral ones too. Stolios was really clear it would improve, would need 4/5 sessions and that doing the exercises was essential to recovery. After 2 weeks I was starting to doubt. “We just had a one off deep clean done from Diamond Home Support. Made initial contact via email and they were really helpful. Michael I think he was called. Then he arranged for Adam to come out and meet us and have a quick walk through of the house. Both these gents were highly professional and explained things to me well. They very quickly arranged for our deep clean and I was grateful because with the number of households they work for I was hoping we wouldn’t have a long wait. And we didn’t. Our cleaner was called Mark and he worked incredibly hard. He instantly made us feel comfortable with him and we were really pleased. I don’t want someone to clean for me and it feel like I could do it myself. I want someone who makes me walk in and think wow they’ve been amazing. Mark definitely delivered on this. So much so that we’ve asked for a regular fortnightly clean from him. As a full time working mum the house had got on top of me so much and it was making me feel less than happy at home. Mark instantly lifted that mood. My husband is notoriously difficult to impress and he hasn’t shut up about how great the house looks. We would definitely recommend”

“Where do I begin. The reception staff are all hand picked, love love love them. It took me all my strength to go as I was petrified. THEN I get this amazing dentist Anbar and colleague Joyce Talented, Clever, beautiful and took 3 teeth out with a blink of my eye. I only I knew about this dentist place I know for sure I would still have my beautiful teeth that I no longer have. No pain either. “Our dog got attacked and sadly needed to be put to sleep. Vets 4 pets did everything they could to help her but unfortunately the wounds suffered where to severe. We could clearly see the team and Nile care about the wellbeing of animals who end up in their care. They treat our companions in such a humanely manor and therefore I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has a family animal in need of help. Thank you for looking after our Sadie and doing everything to save her life.”
