Financially, there is never an issue with paying a few days later, and the appointments are always on time. I've been known to ring with an issue of broken teeth on one day around lunchtime, and been there either later that day or first thing the day after. I have been going there since Norman Brindle, then Mark Wall work and Marc Schupak bought it out and then the My Dentist Group. I have been going there about 42 years + and I always feel happy. The Wonderful caring loving special Dentist I see is Zainab Ali. I had to have an extraction a bit ago, it was a wisdom tooth that needed going . I have gum problems because of my prescription medication for epilepsy, that tooth made my breath smell more intensely worse, the only person I felt safe with to extract this was the superb. Zainab Ali who always seems To go beyond the call of duty and will always help you. Mel Thompson always tries her best to fit me in she is wonderful kind loving helpful and totally professional. I have known Mel since she started, with me I have known her for 25 years +, and it is funny as I know if she is down and upset and she knows the same with me. The practice manager Gemma is wonderful and like mell will always helpyou Due to the high impact of appointments and sometimes the lack of NHS Dentists. It is advisable and essential that you treat the reception team and dentists and staff with dignity and respect as if you treat them the way you want to be treated it would be lovely. NEVER be frightened of going as you always are put at ease.y If you do not you MAY be taken off their records and be polite if you have to ring up. If you really think of it, the people there are human and care. NHS Dental care is getting hard to obtain. So treat them good and with dignity and respect and be patient or you are risking to be ejected and taken off the list.”

“Dr Ten is an artist and a saint!! The dentist I was supposed to see ended up on leave last minute, which wouldn't be a huge deal except reception wrote my number down wrong so couldn't tell me in advance, and I was travelling from norwich and had a train to catch 2 hours later! I cannot fault them for this, a small typo was made much worse by circumstance. Reception are also angels, they managed to get me booked in with another dentist an hour and a half later, and then with a 3rd dentist when that dentist was running over. They kept me updated on timings and did everything they could to make sure I got my filling and didn't miss my train. Dentist number three was Dr Ten. He double checked he would have enough time to do the filling to a standard he was happy with. He also identified a second cavity from my previous xray, and made sure that was filled also. I mentioned I was nervous and was unsure if I needed the filling, he gave me so much reassurance, and took pictures on my phone of each step so I could see there were definitely two cavities, and so I could see what had been done afterwards! There was absolutely no pain for the entire thing, the numbing injection I was expecting to be painful but that was the one thing he took his time on, he made sure it was pain free. He told me exactly what each tool was for and let me see it in action briefly before use. I knew I was in the safest hands and this massively lowered my anxiety. Somehow he finished with a few minutes to spare, just enough time to take a final picture, and the filling is immaculate! The anaesthetic has worn off, I've got no pain and my bite is perfect. He really saved my day, I am incredibly grateful for him taking the time to see me, and for his kindness and dilligence.”
