“Good service as always. Yard crew are helpful and quite knowledgeable. Shop staff are extremely knowledgeable but the computers can be slow. Delivery drivers are brilliant. And quality of timber products is top notch meant to last. One downside is how rough the shared entrance road is.”

“I have been wanting the Clairemont Way Fisherman Sandals for the past few months but couldn't get them online in a size 8. I thought I would go into a physical store to see if I got lucky. A male staff member said that they unfortunately only had a size 7.5 in stock. I assumed that it wasn't meant to be, but straight away, he said that he could make a call and see whether they have some in another store. Not only did they have my size available, but he sorted the order at the till to ensure that I could have the shoes delivered to my home address. I really appreciated how attentive he was in finding a solution so that I could get the pair of shoes that I wanted. I would definitely come here again. This was on Wednesday 30th July at 2:30pm.”

Some of the Iceland Supermarket Products are excellent value for money, for example the Frozen Pizza, Hunter's Chicken including the Frozen Vegetables available like Garden Peas, Broccoli, Sweet Baby Carrots, Baby Spinach & Mixed Veg Packs. Also fine for Frozen Fish & Seafood & some Fish Meals. They sell a Decent size Bag of Frozen Seafood which contains Mussels, King Prawns & Squid Rings that is ideal for cooking Sicilian Seafood Linguine Pasta. Not too busy Midweek but it is Busy Friday, Saturday. So, some fine economical item choices for a Small Budget.”

Christiana the manager was so helpful to my husband and guided him through the entire experience. She was resourceful and considerate. When we arrived in store her team (clearly well trained) Crislaide and Sitong could not have made someone who is going through 'the change' us ladies do at a certain age feel more at ease. Its hard for me to find clothes that bring a smile to my face. “My husband had bought me a fair few of Colette’s designs over the years. When he spotted the silver jubilee clip ring it was a must for us to have to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Colette was happy to set up our request long distance as I was unable to travel, making the rings in good time for our anniversary. We will keep going back, the punk/grunge style with creative flair and skill you just don’t see anywhere else, we love it.”

“Had a great experience with Reclaimed Brick-Tile, James welcomed us to the showroom and was helpful with samples. We placed an order a few days later and I went to the factory to collect a week later, the lads there were very friendly and helpful with my order all packed up and ready to go, they showed me some more sample walls and even let me see how they cut the bricks! “Just had delivered the Bishop Corner sofa and footstools. Communication from ordering through to delivery was spot on. We had a slight problem once the sofa was unpacked as discovered a broken foot on the sofa but these things happen.
