“Visited the store on 6 April 2024 with my husband. We had a ball! The staff are so helpful and lovely. Eleanor was just brilliant - she ran around getting me different sizes of things I wanted to try on and gave brilliant advice - she knows the product line so well. My husband was also made to feel at ease here and the staff involved him in helping me choose things. Eleanor also helped me place an online order for the items I wanted that were not available in store - this order turned up at home just a few days later. All the staff made me feel good about how I look and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this shop! Highly recommend!!”

I ordered Post Crete and it was heavy so, having a leg injury, I asked would someone please carry it to my car. They immediately said they would! “Really helpful customer assistant. Wish I could remember his name. Called in late afternoon Saturday. Items we wanted assistant said had to be ordered; wouldn't arrive until midday Sunday. No good for us as we were leaving the caravan site Sunday morning. Then something came into his mind and he looked on computer and the items were in stock in the Bolton store. Said we could pay and then go off and collect them immediately. Brilliant. Did this. Saved us having to drive much further distance to our local Screwfix when we got home. Many thanks”

“It's always a briliant store but it's a pity that Miles the frantic, frenetic, frenzied manager has left. It is many months since I wrote the above as it is late August and just been to Aldi without my glasses with £4 in my pocket. I just needed a couple of things and I got to the SS till and scanned the items, I was 25p short so asked one of the Aldi people to remove an item. "No need" he said, he then reached into a jar pulled the 25p and put it in the machine. 5 stars for this person and all the Aldi people.”
