They help you with clothes that suit you, give constructive advice and opinions and alternatives to try if you need a bit of assistance for the right look. I always find something just right and their loyalty card points scheme is fab, you feel like you are getting a little something back and rewards custom. It's my go to shop for when I'm looking to treat myself. It's also where my husband goes to treat me too as they always look after him in there. I rarely bother to clothes shop town now. With great labels on my doorstep and staff that actually care about their customers why would I?”

“Always been top class in customer service, had multiple weddings in the family and Andaaz has always helped us, we’ve bought shalwar kameez and waistcoats and prince jackets for big groups of boys and men, it’s so nice when all the boys are dressed the same on those special days. They are very affordable compared to other brands and the quality is beautiful and I cannot complain. My boots sprung a leak and when I called the shop the guy was so helpful. I chose a new pair which has now arrived and sent back the old pair which they will send to Hunter. Instead they quickly worked out it was just that the oil light had automatically turned on as an automatic feature of having done a certain number of miles. Charged us £45 total for an engine diagnostic and to see what was going on with the glow plugs. Would recommend. We'll definitely continue to use them.”

Was told sadly they didn’t have an appointment but would add me to a cancellation list. Was amazed when they messaged and said they had just had a cancellation and I could go for 7pm! Amazing service. Girls were all lovely, chatty and friendly. Kelle did my nails and I love them! Thanks to Jill and the staff for fitting me in at such short notice. Would highly recommend!”

It can take awhile for your appointment to finish, but I would rather it be that way than they do a rush job. Michelle is really good but so are the other ladies (I don't go to them so don't know their names) .”
