“Spontaneous visit with my 5yo and his friend. Service was impeccable from the moment we opened the door. It was quite quiet when we arrived and the children chose a seat where they could watch the chef. Despite being busy, the chef showed them a few tricks and explained the pizza making process - he even let them build their own pizza! The children were thrilled! Thank you to both the chef and our lovely waitress for making a stop for lunch a little bit of special ☺️”

“Fantastic venue. We had a 2 day golf event here. The course and facilities were fantastic. The breakfast was great and the evening meal very good. It has a separate area for the golfers to eat and drink which overlooks the gold course (although breakfast area is shared with the hotel). A few used the spa area which they said was very nice. Service was good.”

“I was staying in the hotel for my 30th birthday and booked dinner for after the spa. The staff were so friendly and the food didn’t disappoint! We had the Lobster Mac and cheese, cheese Soufflee, ragu pasta and beef burger. All delicious. The new manager went the extra mile for my birthday, making us feel so special and welcome. “I am giving this place 5 stars not because it is the Ritz but because for the money it was 5 star. Good sized room with everything you need. Large car park. Friendly owners. The breakfast room has been tastefully refurbished and the breakfast was a beautifully cooked clean plate of food. Cereals and grapefruit etc also available. Good quality coffee. All for £46 for a double room. Fantastic value and very close to town.. Highly recommended.”
