Going to the gym wasn't something I would have considered before but giving me that initial push and encouragement was just what I needed. I was soon pain free and much stronger. I still have regular one to gym sessions and the health benefits to my whole body have been amazing. Mike is a brilliant coach and massage therapist. I have learned so much from him. I would definitely recommend T4 and wouldn't consider going anywhere else now.”

“Excellent!!! Definitely five stars! Brought my six year old here today and it was brilliant! Really cheap and such good fun. Staff brilliant, really helpful and friendly. One staff member in particular helped us a lot with the bigger wall and harnesses. We are 100% coming back. If you're an adult and accompanying a child, wear comfortable clothes because if you're physically able to join in; you will definitely want to! Excellent place. They also serve food and have good facilities.”

“I had a great stay here. The bathroom was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was really nice. I asked for cheese to have for breakfast and they brought me some. The breakfast basket they provided contained some nice items. I had a one day stay for business. Booking was through our corporate system. I managed to park on premises, no issues as the site is safe. Upon leaving they requested payment, I mentioned that the corporate booking company would settle, and offered to leave my details in case of issues, they appreciated this. No problems whatsoever. I'd definitely stay again when visiting Manchester for business. If there's one thing I would like them to improve is the breakfast offering. There's a fridge in the room, please offer slices of cold cuts such as cheese and ham along with bread and butter, you don't need to leave these items in the fridge for every guest but I do believe you should have them on demand if requested. I was provided two small blocks of cheese rather than slices, I was happy to have the cheese but I was unable to have a "proper" breakfast sandwich of buttered bread with cheese and ham slices... a chunky block of cheese does not taste very good in the middle of a huge piece of bread.”

“Fantastically friendly and knowledgeable staff, went in today for some new running trainers as mine were old and giving me issues, explained this to the gent who served me, and after assessing my feet and gait he was able to explain exactly what was causing my issues and offer me trainers that matched my needs. I feel very very chuffed with the service i received and the pricing matches that of many other retailers so well worth a visit! 11/10 would recommend!”

She saw Ruairi and Jess on a number of occasions and they couldn't have been more kind, patient, understanding and imaginative in the exercises they were giving her to help her to understand what to do. “Great place to climb. Set in an old church so plenty of hight to the walls. Great selection or roped climbs and lead routes. Some auto belays too. Bouldering and a gym there too. Drinks and some snack bars available and some climbing g essentials to buy. Welcoming staff and onside parking. Press the green button while pushing the door to get in from the car park.”

“17th March 2025. Had a desperate need to use the facilities at Woodhouse Park Lifestyle Centre at Wythenshawe. Had a very warm welcome, from Michaela, Danielle and Sally. They explained to me about the centre and the services they offer and I was quite impressed. I could see they were working there hoping to make a difference, and I could see it was working. Worth a visit to see what is on offer, you will be very welcome. Keep up the good work girls x”

“Played here with a couple of friends last weekend and it was excellent. The course is in great condition, greens rolled true and the layout keeps you thinking. Lunch in the clubhouse was well cooked and the service was friendly. Worth the money and I will return.”

“I went to the shop with a good idea of what I wanted to buy. I was given good advice and had a nice chat with the 2 blokes in there. This is the kind of sports shop that every town used to have. You can't beat face to face advice and being able to see and touch what you are buying. They stock a wide range of equipment. Brilliant.”
