“Ive been going to this gym for over a year now. I first started when i was 6 months postpartum and from my first session to my last, i have loved every single one. I first started having one to one training with kate who helped me rebuild muscle and recover from having an emergency csection. Not only did kate help me with physical training but she also helped me with my diet and helped me make life long changes that will help with my weight and to make me stronger and healthier. Then i started going to the mums and babies classes on Wednesdays.the coaches and the owner Jay always make so much effort to keep my little one busy whilst i work out. They bring in different health professionals for the classes that educate us on postpartum recovery which has been great. The gym is always spotless clean and always feels like a safe space which i love because my daughter loves adventuring round the gym. I love the friendly environment of the gym and can not recommend it enough.”

“I'm a big fan of sports and leisure centres, and I've been to a few in my time. But I have to say that New Hall Village Sports and Leisure Centre is one of the best I've ever been to. It's got everything you could possibly want in a sports and leisure centre, and more. The facilities are top-notch. There is ample parking available. But what really makes it stand out is the staff. They're all really friendly and helpful, and they're always happy to answer any questions you have.
