“Scheduled appointment online following an ad I saw for a free check-up on an early Friday afternoon, and I got time off work accordingly. I arrived to find nobody was at reception and the front door was closed. No response from any numbers provided either. Not at all impressed. However, Tomasz very kindly called to apologise for the inconvenience, explained that he had a family emergency and promised to rectify the issue with a free teeth whitening or £100 credit, on top of the free check-up I had originally scheduled. The service I received was very accomodating and made the whole experience very pleasant.”

“Kalpana has been threading my eyebrows for years. I can highly recommend her. She is quick and I always leave with better shaped brows than when I walked in! Kalpana manages to fit me in even if I have not made an appointment. She tries to be as flexible as possible. If you happen to drop in without an appointment and have to wait a short while, you can pop to the shops or grab a coffee near by as she is well located for everything.”

Miriam had a variety of nails colours, I took a while to chose what I wanted, Miriam was helpful with and did not rush. finally I made a decision, I showed her one picture and I feel she did the best to her ability. I was lucky enough to have an appointment with salon owner David who made me feel comfortable right from the start and was so accommodating to my needs. He was so personable and kind, I really enjoyed our conversation, so much so I forgot I was having my hair done! The end result was nothing short of perfect and exactly what I had asked for.
