“We have only ever had the take aways when we want to treat ourselves. We have lived in Saddleworth almost 8 years now and we have really struggled to find a decent Indian restaurant, it has always been hit and miss. There was never any consistency, sometimes good, sometimes bad…HOWEVER I think this is by far our favourite place! We keep going back! The poppadoms are always amazing, every single time, not full of oil and greasy tasting, their Lime Pickle is gorgeous and the food is delicious. The lamb chops are a favourite and you can tell there is no cheat, they have been properly marinating in the delicious spices. The tandoori spices must be a family secret, to die for. Most definitely recommend if you want a genuine taste of India. And it is a plus there is minimal plastic waste:)”

“Just a first class restaurant with great food, a good selection of drinks, and very friendly staff. I came over from Ireland to visit family and we always go the the Prachee at least once per visit. I've eaten Indian food all my life and this rates right up there with the best. And the prices are very reasonable. I know I mentioned the friendly staff, but I'll do it again because they are. I do a lot of reviews and I normally like to take some pictures and include them. For some reason every time I visit the Prachee I forget to wait for photos and just start eating straight away. The food is that good.”

Veterans of the southern Indian lamb delicacy converted to the North Indian variety served here. Sizzling platters incredible, combined with incredible curry and sides in the original el tel combo meal, this place is one not to be missed. “Superb! We've driven past this restaurant for years and for some bizarre reason haven't visited till last night. We're gutted we've missed out for so long! The restaurant is lovely and the staff are all really smart, professional and friendly. The food is gorgeous. I had the king prawns then spaghetti carbonara which was the best I've tasted, large portion so I've got some for lunch. My husband had the mushrooms with pate and Gorgonzola which he said were divine then lasagna. Lovely to see Guiseppe again and to chat with the waiters, definitely coming here again soon.”

“Couldn’t recommend the place enough; been meaning to visit since it opened but only just got round to it and I can’t wait to go back. Cycled over, so made use of the plentiful bike racks. Really loved the outdoor area, but sat inside and ordered coffees and breakfast. Service was friendly, coffee and food was all grand; especially the rhubarb and yoghurt granola bowl. Breakfast muffin was tasty too. Looks like a great place for food, events, drinks, etc. My kids had a nice time and I bet on sunny days that outdoor must be hammered. Will be back soon I hope”

“We are regular customers with Cheers and always get home delivery, we have had one bad experience with the food. As regular customers, we know what we enjoy, and one time it just wasn’t tasteful, chips were frozen and the food standard was very poor. We considered never ordering again, but Micheal has absolutely rectified any doubts we ever had about ordering again. He personally took time to ensure if we were to order again, the food would be to high standards. I just want to say, they have absolutely smashed it out of the park this time. Everything was so perfect, the food was delivered personally, HOT and FRESH! Our usual order was even better than the usual standards, everything had a little extra and we are so so happy that the Bistro is back to the high standards we enjoy so much.
