“Adventure babies has been fantastic! Our daughter has thoroughly loved them (as have I), and this is by far the best parent and baby class we have been to. Really well thought through and executed sessions, With fantastic toys and accessories, always tailored to that weeks book. Cannot recommend these sessions and Hannah (who organises them) more highly, and we have already signed up for the next term!”

“We absolutely adore Siân's SEN Holiday Forest School Sessions. We joined in the summer of 2023 and quickly fell in love with the holiday sessions. It can be quite challenging when our usual group activities come to a halt, as our entire family thrives on structure and routine. Our daughter has an immense passion for the outdoors and revels in any messy or sensory play. If it were up to her, she'd make the great outdoors her permanent home! Right from day one, Sian extended a warm welcome and dedicated time to truly understand how our daughter prefers to engage. She has patiently built a strong connection with our daughter at her own pace. The activities provided are nothing short of amazing, especially for our daughter, who immerses herself fully in sensory experiences (as you can see in the photos!). Furthermore, the lunch and snacks offered here are fantastic. Our daughter can be quite particular about her safe and unsafe foods, but every visit here has her enjoying the delicious lunch provided. We sincerely appreciate the tremendous effort you put into creating safe and nurturing environments for children with special educational needs. ❤️”

“Early inspirations is an absolute amazing nursery. My daughter is 2 years old and she has settled in that nursery very well. The daily activities help to develop my daughter's learning and I have seen a massive improvement in my daughter's understanding and learning development. “Visited yesterday. Knew the food would be good because I've been before but I just wanted to leave a review to say how amazing the service was. So polite, attentive and to be honest the best restaurant service I've had in a while! Also, as they were about to shut the kitchen, an elderly gentleman who i assume must be a regular came in and they didnt even tell him they were closing, they just served him and it honestly warmed my cold icy heart ❤️ 100% recommend a visit.”

“What a pleasant surprise to find a really clean room and hotel; but also to be met by the friendliest receptionist, and assisted by a lovely guy, who carried our ( vast amounts) of luggage up the stairs. Thank you! ( For reference, we checked in at 3.30pm on 4/10/25).”

“What a great premier inn. I stayed in one of their premier plus room and had such a good sleep. From easy check in from the friendly staff to the tasty great value breakfast. Rooms are clean, no noise and great bed. Location is also fantastic.”

“Amazing place to stay! I just want to give a big shout out to rajaa for her hospitality, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth check in. The room was incredible and the amenities were perfect. I would however like to note the guest lift is out of use which was a small issue but rajaa was amazing enough to guide us to the staff lift whenever we needed it. “This place is a hidden gem! Don’t be fooled by some of the old fashioned decor, spend a night here and you realise it only add to the charm. What do you really need from a hotel, tidy, clean, great service, top breakfast, brilliant location. It may be a 3* in build but you are treated to a 5* stay!”

“Not my first review, but another stay of over a week at this hotel. Decent location, glad I'm not parking on the grounds though with a £3 daily fee, when it was free till recently. Staff terrific again. Special shout out to Bruce who was brilliant with our reservation, as well as Amar and Hannah, who are fantastic. Finally, we often get in very late and see Nathan, who does the graveyard shift, and is another terrific member of staff. All the best to everyone and see you again soon, I'm sure.”

“We spent the night here to explore Manchester City and Media City. What a delightful visit. The staff was very pleasant. Good breakfast. The room is cozy and pleasant. Fantastic waterfront close to a hotel, a shopping center, and a media center. You should pay for parking on arrival.”

“There are hotels, and there are hotels, right? Equally, there are hotel staff, and there are hotel staff, with me so far? Well, the hotel does what it should, it’s clean, comfortable, well equipped and superbly located (if central Manchester is where you want to be?), so far so good! Now the staff, what a treat to be served so well by everyone, from the courteous cleaners that smiled and represented the company well, to the bar / reception staff that went above and beyond, really well done. In particular, the wonderful Nicole, service with the most wonderful smile and utterly professional, Accor, are you reading this ? She’s management material in the waiting right under your noses!! Dominic too was professional, smiling and uber efficient, the pair of them working together like a Swiss clock, effortless and confident, that’s how we guests like it, a big no, a Huge thanks for the stay! It gets another “Arnie” - a I’ll be back!”

“The Staff are very friendly and welcoming they work very hard always and help me achieve my goals. Bianca and Jack are my main physios nothing is ever to much trouble they keep my support workers up to date and show them ways they can help me at home and in the community. If I could give this establishment stars out if 10 it would definitely be a 20 out of 10.”

“Our little one has been at the swinton setting for 3 and a half years and I couldn’t fault anything! The staff who work here are just amazing and really work with the child and the child’s capabilities which was a big stand out for us! I couldn’t have wished for better! The management team are great, Clare, Lynn & JoJo! Kate, Hannah, Flavia & Danielle in particular are outstanding members of staff and has been wonderful to have them as almost extended family for so long! Will miss these guys and this setting A LOT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“Stayed here on a Friday night as I was celebrating my birthday with a night out. Brilliant location with the Northern Quarter on the doorstep. Hotel bar open until 4am so we were able to get food when we came back. Shout out to supervisor Bernadette who was absolutely lovely when checking us in.”

“Nearly didn't book here due to some bad reviews. Glad I did because the place is fine. It does look a bit tatty on the outside but it is OK inside. Although it is on a main road into Manchester we were surprised at how little traffic there was overnight. Our room was overlooking the road and we had no problem with traffic noise. It had acoustic double glazing that was very effective. There is no air con but a fan is provided which helps. We were there on one of the hottest days/nights and found it tolerable. The meal deal was good. You eat in the pub which is attached to the hotel. Unfortunately it doesn't have any real ale but the Draught Guinness was good. There was a selection of lager and cider. So don't be put off, if it is convenient for you go for it.”

“Both of my children attend Little Explorers! I have nearly 3 years experience here and have loved every minute and so have my children! The bonds they have made with staff as well as friends have been amazing! Both of my children have dietary issues and I have felt very much supported with these and any issues with changing their routines have been met with complete support and professionalism! Would absolutely recommend”
