“First saw Kay’s facials on Instagram and her reviews were so good I had to give it a go! I had a consultation the first time where we discussed my skin, what I was looking for and what options were available. We decided on a course of 3 bio re peel facials over a 6 week period. After the first one my skin was glowing, people at work commented how fresh my skin looked. During my treatments Kay discussed the best skin care routine and brands to use for my skin which has been invaluable. Whilst you may think you can get cheaper facials on groupon etc, believe me, you’re paying for quality products and a first class service here and if you want results that last, you need to invest (your face is the first thing people see!). Will definitely be going back.”

I'm pregnant and was a little nervous before I went, but my therapist, Aimee, was brilliant. She made sure I was comfy and that my bump was supported throughout. The treatments were excellent and felt like real luxury. Aimee worked specifically on my extra tight muscles - not something you usually get at a cosmetic spa, so that was a huge unexpected bonus. The reception fronted by the unbelievable skills of Mandi who found slots that didn’t exist , right through to the dentist Hamza who worked miracles at times that were definitely testing and long even the odd weekend.
