Erika is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, giving honest advice and suggestions to suit your personal needs. GRB use Environ products, which are fantastic, but I never feel pressured into buying them. She also sells Jane Iredale makeup, which is really nice. The anti-aging facials and treatments are very effective and well worth a try! Highly recommended.”

“After a recommendation I had my nails done on Friday for the first time ever! Wasn’t sure what I wanted or what was on offer! The salon is brilliant, great team, great advice, great atmosphere! “Great place that has everything under one roof. I have had, in the past, massages, facials, pedi’s, lashes, waxing, tans and I also get my nails done on a fortnight basis. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Friendly service with a group of ladies that know their stuff and great products. The summer and Xmas specials make it good for trying things you wouldn’t normally try at great prices.”

“have been to Irina for some rosacea treatment a few times now and only have positive things to say about the treatment and patient consideration at Laserina. From the start I was made aware of the realistic expectations and possibilities of the treatment, and whilst certain conditions might benefit from repeat treatment, felt under no obligation to do so. after 2 treatments Irina felt it would be sufficient and left it to my own discretion for any future follow ups. I did go back for a third visit of my own accord, and came away very happy with the results so far. Would have no hesitation in recommending Laserina for service and customer care”

It can take awhile for your appointment to finish, but I would rather it be that way than they do a rush job. Michelle is really good but so are the other ladies (I don't go to them so don't know their names) .”

“I had the luxury facial with chloe. I was not long of due to giving birth so I booked in for a well deserved facial before my baby arrived and it was everything and more. She was extremely careful on what oils to use as when pregnant you have to be extra careful and I just felt that I was at The heart of chloe,s attention in every way. “Lovely salon. I have hypothyroidism which means my nails and hair are very sparse, especially my thin fringe. Rebecca uses builder gel on my nails, tints my eyebrows and lashes and Chloe k looks after my hair which looks much thicker after a tint, toner and precise cut and blow dry. Diane also does the most wonderful facial and massage. Thank god for bloom broadway.”
