“The Manager and staff at the Kwik Fit branch in Wilmslow were amazing! I turned up towards the end of their working day with a flat tyre, and when I explained i needed to get home, which was a couple of hours drive up the motorway, they stayed behind and put a new tyre on so I could get on the road. They were very friendly & polite, I was so grateful to them. Customer service at its very best! Thank you.”

“My son went to this nursery from 9 months old until he left for school in September. All the staff are so caring and loving, like a family away from home - three of his key persons particularly standout, Katie G who was his first in Bunnies and supported his transition into nursery life, Jess for support with his speech and language while he was in Fox Cubs and Malaika while he was in Owls for nurturing his curiosity through her experiments. His first parents evening at primary school was full of positives and he is hitting or exceeding all his targets, part of this is the play and experiences he had while being at Footsteps! “Such an excellent experience at Wilmslow Hospital. I was extremely worried about a health issue which was causing me sleepless nights waiting for an NHS appointment. Rang Wilmslow and was seen by the consultant 6pm that night. Amazing service! The consultant was so friendly and put me at ease as I was getting a bit upset. After an examination I was reassured that everything was fine. But I was glad of the further scan that I chose to have to have 100% certainty and totally put my mind at rest. I came out walking on air. To have that peace of mind was priceless and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wilmslow Hospital. All the staff were very caring, professional & friendly and the facilities are excellent.”

However, a few months ago I took the leap and got intouch with Justina and I do not regret it one bit. We did a consultation, and then completed 5 sessions. “Had root canal treatment from Mr Charlesworth. Everyone at the practice was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Can't fault the treatment at all. Mr Charlesworth was very reassuring, before he started he advised me they could adjust how they worked or stop if I had problems. Which made me feel a bit more in control and therefore more relaxed. Once I'd had the injections I found the procedure absolutely fine. Receptionists and the rest of the team all very helpful. Great practice, would recommend.”

“As a man about to turn 40 I would describe this as a modern style barbers (where the quality of cut is Salon standard) but with the great community feel that you used to get in the old shops I remember as a kid (the ones everyone went to). They're friendly, kind. I see a lot of parents taking their boys there ages 7 and up so they must be pretty good that that. I've been going there since lockdown and I've rarely stayed with 1 barbers so long. Olly (owner) or Ollie K, you get a great cut and a nice chat.”

So polite, attentive and to be honest the best restaurant service I've had in a while! “We went for our Golden Girls xmas meal so just a small group of 4 now and it was lovely. We prebooked a Monday Evening 3 weeks in advance. We have usually only gone in the day time and the place is lovely and the staff are always very nice. They do the best coffee and we wanted tp try it at night as we hear its a different experience. So we decided this year although we are a smaller group now we would go there. It was lovely with all the lights and decor. It had a very nice friendly family, feel to it. I would highly recommend. They serve Nice food and the atmosphere is very welcoming and not intimidating which is what you want. We will continue to go there in the days for the fresh and well presented brunch foods and the best coffee locally but on special occasions they are also definitely good for an evening visit.”
