To help them learn and develop, to have fun and make friends, to grow up in a safe friendly caring environment who look after both child and parent and would go out of there way to help in anyway possible. I could write an essay on the facilities , the staff, the wellbeing , the food , the benefits you get at this place but I have not enough room - go and see for your self .”

“Scheduled appointment online following an ad I saw for a free check-up on an early Friday afternoon, and I got time off work accordingly. I arrived to find nobody was at reception and the front door was closed. No response from any numbers provided either. Not at all impressed. However, Tomasz very kindly called to apologise for the inconvenience, explained that he had a family emergency and promised to rectify the issue with a free teeth whitening or £100 credit, on top of the free check-up I had originally scheduled. The service I received was very accomodating and made the whole experience very pleasant.”

“Lovely nails salon, friendly and professional staffs. The art design is such a top in Altrincham. I asked for a design which is very complicated, they didn't have a charm similar but the nails technician lady has drawed it by herself and made it 3D. The result look incredible. So when I discovered The Knot on Instagram, I was comforted by their customer-first philosophy and the emphasis placed on an individual and tailored experience. My actual experience in the salon matched and exceeded my expectations! I was offered a drink on arrival and was given a beautifully presented mint tea with my favourite biscoff biscuits. I was lucky enough to have an appointment with salon owner David who made me feel comfortable right from the start and was so accommodating to my needs. He was so personable and kind, I really enjoyed our conversation, so much so I forgot I was having my hair done! The end result was nothing short of perfect and exactly what I had asked for. “My daughter joined Starlight over a year ago. She really loves the lyrical dance session and what I appreciate is the lack of exams and snobbery at the school. It makes her soul sing to be a part of such an inclusive, dynamic, nurturing and encouraging dance school. Thank you for all the opportunities you’ve provided for her too, to be on stage at The Waterside and Sadlers’ Wells even though she’s only been dancing a year. I did try to bring her to dance classes several times but it’s not until she’s towards the end of primary that she’s been brave enough to throw herself into it and it’s wonderful to see!”
