“Booked in with Lindsey after almost 10 years of back pain, and it has proved a small challenge due to how long I have left it. Lindsey is amazing at what she does, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve seen a significant improvement after only 4/5 sessions, so now I an on the road to recovery. The receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. Fully recommend if you are having trouble, don’t leave it as long as I did, get booked in!”

The staff were so friendly and offered to try and polish the scratches out, the scratches are now barely visible and did this completely free of charge, which they didn’t have to do. I have no knowledge of cars and everyone fears they may be being duped but the mechanics here will specifically show you the issues and fully explain how and why it needs to be repaired so that you completely understand what your paying for. “I am a student midwife and my uniform was very big and ill fitting. I went here and asked if they would alter my uniform to make it more fitting, and that I needed it in a timely manner and within 2 days it was done! I picked it up and all the alterations are amazing. They tapered, hemmed and brought the waist in perfectly! I also asked them to wash it whilst it was there and its come out brill. In all the years I've been coming to Wagamama Media City, the team has been absolutely amazing. It's often a bit quieter than it should be, but honestly, the customer service is bang on—they are so attentive and welcoming! ​I went with a classic this time: one of their donburi rice dishes, a side of gyoza, and a few extra chilies to spice things up, and I was sorted! Plenty of smiles all round, and they've genuinely never let me down. Highly recommend a visit! ​I hope they see it and feel the love!”

“I will start by saying that this is a Premier Inn, so you know what you are getting from the very beginning, which is why I try to book PI when I go away as I know I will have a decent sleep in a comfy bed and an excellent breakfast the next morning. This Premier Inn was very easy to find, it was a very short walk from Media City tram stop, which was itself a very smooth journey from Manchester Piccadilly station. On this occasion, we had paid a little extra for a Premier Plus room, it was only £10 more than the standard room at the time of booking and it was more than worth it. Check in was nice and easy and the staff member was incredibly helpful, showing us how to activate a second key card for the room. Navigating to our room was also a very simple process (you have to use your key card to get through to the lifts and then again to use the lift, which is excellent security). The Premier Plus room was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, it was roomy, well decorated and had a fridge, iron and ironing board, Nespresso machine and a glorious rainfall shower. The room was spotlessly clean with no faults. We were very excited to see that we had a view that peeked a little onto "The Cobbles" (Coronation Street) as this was the reason for our visit. There is a Co-op a very short walk around the corner from the hotel, which proved very useful and is excellent placement. As always in a Premier Inn, we enjoyed an excellent nights sleep. We also booked breakfast for the next morning to set us up for our day out (I always recommend booking a PI breakfast). We were very impressed with the options available at breakfast, which has something for everyone and suits all dietary requirements. The very lovely, friendly and warm Lizzie ensured we were given the allergen menu (one of us is coeliac) and quickly ordered a plate of "vegan bacon" for us on request. The restaurant was smaller than the one at the last Premier Inn we were in, but we actually preferred this as it felt more intimate but didn't impact on the choice available, which was great! Unfortunately, the coffee machine was broken at breakfast, but there was still instant coffee and tea bags available to make a hot drink and this absolutely does not impact my review at all, as this is something that cannot be helped and we had a Nespresso machine in our room for a proper coffee anyway! Checkout was swift and straightforward, again, as we would expect from Premier Inn. We will definitely be returning when we visit Manchester again and really hope that we see Lizzie next time, as she was outstanding!”

“This is one place where you can come alive, the breath of fresh air while watching the sports activities. I love the inclusivity. They have a team for physically challenged teenagers and kids. They come with their carers or families, and it is an amazing sports center to get on a sports team. And yes! Pets are allowed in. There are no seats here, but u can always come with one.”

“Salford Quays Travelodge is the best in the whole country! Our favourite place to stay. Perfect for getting around Manchester by tram, and ideally situated for The Lowry theatre. And lovely Ordsall Hall. This Travelodge is always comfortable, warm and welcoming. The staff are smashing. We booked it and highly recommend it to expectant parents (great value!). The course is led by Rachel, an experienced midwife, an absolute star and wonderful woman.
