“Not used for a while, but went in for a nosey. Quiet a selection of beds even though it's a small shop, i picked what I wanted a double ottoman, a nice matching headboard. They had a really nice double mattress and then had an even better one, which had a slight mark reduced, bought that. delivered on time, put the bed together, etc, and took our old one away (for a price, which was decent). Would thoroughly recommend Happy Days.”

“Working with Chris, Suzy and the team at Byles of Marple was an absolute pleasure, from the first time we walked in to the showroom to the day Richard walked out of our house at the completion of the job. Byles arranged and managed all elements of the project, from working with us during the design (nothing was too much trouble), to providing excellent trades people for all the various aspects of the project. The quality is excellent, you get what you pay for! And the workmanship was of a very high standard. The work meant several rooms and areas of the house being "out of bounds" at the same time, but the team always worked with us to ensure that this never felt a major issue. A pleasant plus was that the end of each day everywhere was swept and all tools and materials tidied away - we never really felt that we were living on a building site. The new Kitchen, Utility and Downstairs WC, has massively transformed our house, and we would most definitely recommend using Byles.”

Mark was great and I would definitely and highly recommend New Addition to anyone looking to get there wardrobe fitted. It's extremely cheap and they are easy to reach. “Mirza was extremely helpful from the start to the end of our kitchen journey. I can’t thank him enough for how dynamic and creative he was in the design and offering various options. Nolte was a great choice for us and he managed to make a very nice kitchen for us. He is always responsive, in no time, takes care of every minute detail. We had a few months delay with thr builders extending the kitchen but he was very accommodating, stored thr units till we were ready. He managed to adjust the design even after the builders did a crucial change. Still looked fabulous. Worktop, appliances and fitting were super excellent. I had a thorough shopping around before settling with Indesign who are one of the best in Manchester not only Altrincham. I strongly recommend them.”

“I ordered the Lincoln Table with 4 leather chairs, chairs arrived straight away with no issues but unfortunately when the table arrived a week later it was damaged - the box had also been damaged in transit. I contacted the company straight away who apologised and arranged for another table to sent, unfortunately the table was damaged again when I received it although not as badly. Sally arranged for a third table to be sent by private courier and took the second table away. I can honestly say the level of customer service has been excellent, I was contacted and updated throughout the whole process and cannot fault the service or products I have received. I would definitely buy from them in the future and would hope to actually go to the shop when possible.”

“My Partner and I purchased a Sofa today and the customer service we received was excellent. The advisor "Ben" was friendly, knowledgeable and a great listener. He offered us both a brew and let my partner sit down and just chill, when he felt a bit dizzy. He also turned the heating down and opened the doors to help my partner cool down. He was very empathetic and nice to talk to. He was very personable and likeable. We love the sofa we purchased and are looking forward to receiving the delivery of it.
