The design and creation was incredible and nothing was too much trouble. The installation was meticulously planned and a booklet was given with dates, names and numbers of everyone involved so we knew exactly what was happening and when. “We ordered our new kitchen from Kutchenhaus in Stockport. We could look at the displays at our leisure, with help and advice if needed. The planning was done in-store, which took into account our wishes together with advice from staff. The kitchen was ordered but could be delayed by ourselves if we had any hold-ups, which we did. This was helpful as we didn’t have to store the kitchen prior to installation. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. Any small problems were quickly solved by the staff, who were polite and attentive at all times. We are very pleased with our new kitchen, it is excellent quality, with lots of useful features. Also we feel reasonably priced for the type of kitchen we’ve had. Would highly recommend.”

“Getting there by public transport/foot: So I got the 192 from Manchester City Centre and you want to get off at Belmont Way, it's the stop after Belmont Bridge which is near Topps Tiles and Boots Opticians. You then follow Belmont Way all the way around and cross over to the left when you reach the ASDA mini shop and Farm Foods, keep walking up when you get to the corner you will see JYSK it's between Halfords and Wickes. It's about a 10-15 minute walk depending on your pace when you get off the 192. Store and Customer Experience: The actual store is very tidy and displays are done very well. It's shows a great range of products as well as incredible prices. As for customer service, it's probably the best I have experienced to date from any shopping experience. I have made a few visits and you never have the feeling that you would want to speak to a specific staff member over an other, as everyone of them that has helped me with customer service has been fantastic. An incredible team for customer experience. Delivery Service: They use a company called AnyVan. I purchased a 3-seater sofa and I could pick how many people I wanted to deliver it and what day (Mon - Fri). So one person delivering will be one price and an extra drivers mate will cost a little more. My sofa delivery price was £27 and for a drivers mate it would have been £40 but I wanted to keep cost down and was more than able to help the driver. They also have a great tracking system and the day before delivery will give you an estimated time slot, so keep checking your emails. I also made a measurement mistake and unfortunately I couldn't get the sofa through the communal areas. I called JYSK back after arranging a paid sameday collection from AnyVan and was then able to go back to the store to exchange it for a 2-seater sofa. Again. Great service on behalf of AnyVan and JYSK. Now I have my 2-seater sofa and will be going back for the armchair on my next pay day :D.”

“First time here today. Excellent garden centre. Large variety of plants. Found what I need. Will be back. Customer service was great today. I only went to shop for some plants, however shop sells everything from swimming pools, wallpaper and paints to compost and plant feeders.”

“I have been going to the bloom baby classes since my son was 9 weeks old. Rachel is the most fantastic class leader, she is so warm and welcoming ! I think these classes are so amazing for baby’s development and we sing the songs we learnt at class every day at home ! We enjoyed the classes so much we have booked on for a second term.”

“Jess and Chelsea have proven to be commited to providing customers with the very best experience. They are endearing, warm, kind and helpful. Not just towards me but how I observed them helping other customers too. I had a situation where my ring caused an allergic reaction with my skin. I hadn't kept my receipt from 2 weeks prior. Yet Store Manager Chelsea along with Jess saw to it that I was supported in contacting Customer Services, even speaking directly with them in my behalf. The customer service were very understanding of my situation allowed me to trade in the ring up to the lowest Value its been on record. I'm very grateful to the staff. The store is in great hands under Chelsea's management. As for Jess, I learned today she is a temp for Christina's holidays. You would be a fool to let her go. She had so many customers saying thank you, smiling and laughing. Hold onto her! Jason Woolley”

“Came over to Base Camp in Stockport this weekend to purchase some Altberg boots. Mike was very helpful in explaining the different models and options available. It's definitely worth having your feet measured by a professional for this sort of thing and I'm really happy with my purchase. Base Camp also have a great selection of Paramo products in-store, looking forward to coming back and picking out a jacket later in the year.”

“We booked Sam for our wedding last Thursday. I got to say he was very outstanding. Firstly, so polite and on time. Secondly, all our friends and family spoke so highly of him and absolutely loved the tricks. Was lovely to have him as part of the day. “This team are exceptionally good. I am not prone to hyperbole, but I recommend them on so many levels. To begin with, they are highly professional - supervised by the ever-conscientious (and very hard working and able) Rick, the young-ish workers applied themselves skillfully and diligently. The input the firm provided over the design and major refurbishments to my kitchen, sitting room, and two bathrooms was both inspiring and impressively accomplished. On the design/co-ordinating front, Ben was highly creative and thoughtful (and patient!) and judged the degree of consultation and 'going ahead' (there were so many decisions to be taken) just right. On top of all of this, the team are personable and good to be around - a blessing when for a while I had to live with them cheek-by-jowl on what was effectively a building site. The result: a wonderfully transformed home and a very satisfied and grateful me.”

Service was on point and I would say, they went above and beyond to help me choose from the menu and then, prepare the food within the time I had available. “My friend and I took our 6 year old daughters to the Funky Monkey Christmas party yesterday and what an absolute blast we had! There were fun games and prizes for the kids, plenty of choice from the menu for the kids to choose from and they even got to meet Santa and get a special gift! Our girls absolutely loved their time, and us mums and dads had so much fun too. We even won a prize as adults and can’t wait to have our beautiful Christmas cupcakes!! The staff are wonderful here, and you’re literally made to feel part of the Funky Monkey family from the moment you step in the door! Our food was delicious - we would particularly rate the latte and the banana and toffee muffin and I am looking forward to coming back to try even more from the menu. Thank you so so much to the team for hosting such a fun event last night, you could tell a lot of heart and hard work went into this and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. We really hope you’ll host this again next year and in the meantime we will definitely be back for more tea, coffee and treats! Merry Christmas to you all!”
