She understood exactly what I wanted during the consultation and design phase and gave me lots of options to choose from. She is clearly very knowledgable and experienced, which made the whole process stress free. She was also able to advise on a fantastic fitter. The showroom is beautifully presented with lots of inspirational displays, along with a wide range of product to choose from, catering to lots of budgets. “What an absolute gem of a place, huge place filled with all sorts of wonderful bits and pieces. Two floors of excellent quality good sturdy furniture. If you find a piece but its not quite the right colour have a chat with them and they see what they can do to lighten/darken it to suit you. Excellent find lovely place. even lovelier people that run the place (so sorry My memory is shocking when it comes to names) nothing it to much for them. Will be back when me and the other half get our house”

“I cannot praise Cheshire Kitchens highly enough. From the moment we stepped into the showroom, the company has been excellent. We were greeted by Lee and had a really sensible conversation about our ideas, his suggestions, what was possible and what was not. Once we had chosen a kitchen, he produced some plans that captured our own vision perfectly. The fitters, Tom and Darren were also brilliant. They were organised, efficient, and very respectful of our house. They made a great job of it and handled the non-vertical walls, sloping floor, beams and low ceilings really well. The after care was also faultless. For Lee, no challenge was without a solution; he is an amazing problem-solver. He also has an innate ability to understand exactly what you want and translate it into a functional illustration, which immediately lets you know whether your ideas will work in reality. Our new kitchen is just fabulous!”

“Tried here for the first time today when we arrived we were greeted with open arms and seated straight away which was a shock because it was soooo busy..the food was really good with a very generous portion and really good value for money.. Drinks menu was massive and beer and cider was so cheap.. Excellent place and well worth a visit..”

“We went in search of imitation flowers and there's are incredibly realistic.We also bought some exquisitely pretty, well-crafted mugs. Something's are much cheaper than expected and others far more expensive, such as a rug for £5,000, that said it may have been hand woven, by virgins, using their own hair on the banks of some remote Amazon jungle, which would make it underpriced, I suppose. A huge stone table (powdered stone and resin) for indoor or outdoor use, at £3,000 seemed more than reasonable. Definitely a place for good quality interiors.”

“I have bought lots of stuff from Ziggle for my sister and it's amazing! The bibs are really thick and soft and the blankets are so cosy and they have some really good gift sets. Couldn't recommend Ziggle more!”

“So, fundamentally this was a really nice place. The atmosphere is modern yet comfortable. I felt it was clean and well-looked after and I did not find anything obvious out of place. Our party was there for a wedding reception and there were quite a lot of us. We ordered a lot of food and although I felt that the service was a little slow perhaps, I didn't find it slow to the point of questioning it as, after all, they were cooking approximately 20 meals from scratch. I ordered lamb shank and crème brule and I really enjoyed the lamb. I found it to be well cooked and definitely enjoyed my meal. As far as I am aware most of our party enjoyed their meal and we found nothing to complain about with the food at all. The service was actually really pro-active and helpful and I got the impression that nothing was too much trouble and the staff were really polite.”

“Gareth made our fantastic bedroom furniture in 2013. After visiting his amazing 'showroom' we agreed a design for two wardrobes and a chest of drawers which he then created out of English oak and Cedar of Lebanon. Due to restricted access to the bedroom (small cottage) Gareth built the furniture in components and then finished the build in situ. Nothing was too much trouble for him... his only fault being working too hard and finishing up having his lunch at about 4 o'clock in the afternoon! Prior to the furniture he made 4 Oak internal doors and frames for us... again fantastic design and quality. Highly recommended!”

“Rachel has been treating our dog with hip displasia for several months. He's a very nervous boy and she's been so patient with him to earn his trust. He's now had a hip replacement and continues to see Rachel for post-op physiotherapy and he's doing really well.”

“Working with Chris, Suzy and the team at Byles of Marple was an absolute pleasure, from the first time we walked in to the showroom to the day Richard walked out of our house at the completion of the job. Byles arranged and managed all elements of the project, from working with us during the design (nothing was too much trouble), to providing excellent trades people for all the various aspects of the project. The quality is excellent, you get what you pay for! And the workmanship was of a very high standard. The work meant several rooms and areas of the house being "out of bounds" at the same time, but the team always worked with us to ensure that this never felt a major issue. A pleasant plus was that the end of each day everywhere was swept and all tools and materials tidied away - we never really felt that we were living on a building site. The new Kitchen, Utility and Downstairs WC, has massively transformed our house, and we would most definitely recommend using Byles.”
