“Just discovered this pub and so impressed. Great friendly service from Melissa. Food was very tasty and you could tell everything was fresh. Compliments to Astra in the kitchen! Very generous portions too which delighted hubby. We went for lunch and there were tables available without booking. “Came here yesterday for 1 with family around 5pm and was served by the gentleman, I didn't get his name but he was kind and polite. It looked like it was just him on considering its a Saturday so I was pretty shocked about that. But nonetheless the service he provided was prompt and effective. Pool table available, plenty of TVs and areas to sit around the pub as well as outside. Nice little find”

“Really lovely pub with a restaurant feel in the main dining area, and a super dog-friendly dining experience in the Garden Room. Our server, Charlotte, was very friendly and attentive. Really appreciated the card on our table, wishing our Mum a happy birthday, along with a complimentary drink. Only downside was the dreadful smell from drains in the ladies. Will definitely return.”

“Breakfast in Manchester City Centre It’s crazy how eggs on toast now cost around £13–£15 in most city centre spots. We had the chicken and bacon club sandwich, sweet potato fries and halloumi fries. The food looked good and tasted really great. Some seats were just beside the window that overlooks the ski. “Delicious chicken burger and sandwiches overall. I wouldn’t recommend the peanut butter and jelly milkshake -it was really disappointing -but the Oreo milkshake was nice. The sauces were all great, and the tenders were lovely. I tried both a sandwich and the burger. The sandwich was much better; the burger felt a bit bulked out with cabbage, though still tasty. Service was a bit slow -I ordered first but my meal came last out of our group of 11. Overall, I would recommend it for the food.”
