Yes the surgery itself isn't always able to offer what other surgeries can but people need to realise that's down to the funding from the council, not because they choose not to.”

The Dentist (who was a Portuguese lady, I didn't catch her name but wanted to identify her) and her Hygienist were excellent. They both had an excellent manner at putting me at ease and were very gentle (considering the relatively brutal procedure that I needed to have carried out). Thank you very much ladies, your kindness was appreciated.”

“Using the online form, I sent my request through to the surgery in the morning. Within 4 hours I had a face to face appointment with Dr Rajab. She was professional, thorough and caring and the appointment was on time, give or take 5 minutes. The receptionist was efficient and pleasent on the phone. On arrival, I booked myself in using the (now fixed) booking screen. The surgery is always clean and tidy and offers free water if needed. And, there’s a car park on the doorstep!”
