“Where do I begin. The reception staff are all hand picked, love love love them. It took me all my strength to go as I was petrified. THEN I get this amazing dentist Anbar and colleague Joyce Talented, Clever, beautiful and took 3 teeth out with a blink of my eye. I only I knew about this dentist place I know for sure I would still have my beautiful teeth that I no longer have. No pain either. There are no words I can say about this dentist surgery that would justify how amazing they all are. But from my nervous heart ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Barbara”

“Very happy with my first experience at Ivy today. I'm quite nervous attending the dentist but all of the staff were so kind and welcoming. I was seen by Malcolm and his dental nurse Paul, who were both very efficient and made me feel at ease straight away. Malcolm was brilliant at talking me through everything, making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Kim on reception was also lovely and made setting up my next appointments so easy. Would definitely recommend Ivy, especially if you are a nervous patient like me!”

“Went to see hygienist,first time seeing Lorriane and Christina for my clean today They both made me feel at ease, Lorriane explained everything she was going to do, explained what's happening to my gums and teeth and gave great advice on how to help keep my teeth as long as possible. Even when I admitted to not doing my teeth cleaning as well as I should she never made me feel bad just encouraged me to improve best I could. No pictures but I am waiting on a travel case for all my different inerdental brushes to do wherever I am :-)”

“I was in really bad pain with my wisdom tooth and needed a complicated extraction. Other oral surgeons deemed me at high risk as it was close to my nerve in my jaw. Dr. Jussab was able to attend to me in short notice and took it out easily. Didn’t damage the nerve and I now feel a lot better thanks to him! Would highly recommend!”

“Fantastic outcome, thanks very much. Having lost confidence in my regular dentist. I came across Hale and Bowdon when I needed some emergency treatment on a Sunday some 6 months ago. I was immediately struck with the sense that I was been dealt with by someone at the top of their game. I’ve had oral misery for two years now so after my regular dentist told me that my two most troublesome teeth were unsavable and should be extracted I sought the opinion of Dr Saira. She was confident that these teeth could be saved, I had two invasive root canal treatments in an hour long appointment and was back at work straight after, totally pain free, and two crowns fitted subsequently. I’m just back from a Greek holiday having loved munching on crusty bread, and eating grilled meat and fish with total confidence! I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Saira and GI Georgie! “Always had positive experiences with this GP surgery. Everyone from admin staff to nurses to doctors have all been lovely and very helpful. I have been in face to face for appointments as well as use their online system and had telephone appointments. All of which I found easy to use and was seen quickly. Just recently I submitted an appointment request online and thought it would all be sorted online (previously I was asked to send photos prior to medication being prescribed. I had tonsillitis and this way is usually easy and quick). But I was asked to come in on the day which was a nice surprise. The doctor was friendly and supportive. Would definitely recommend!”

“I joined the practice as a postgrad more than 20 years ago and have always had my teeth well looked after by Mr. Mohammed as an NHS patient. Recently I decided to have Invisalign treatment for my crowded teeth and it went very well. Mr. Mohammed was upfront about how the procedure worked, how long it would take, and that I'd need to wear the retainer nightly afterwards. The whole process was efficient, effective, and painless. At the end Mr. Mohammed neatly touched up a couple of uneven sections with composite, and I finished the process with visibly straighter teeth. I'm now 8 months after the treatment finished and my teeth are still looking good!”
