“"KARIM" What can I say. Despite it being "Ramadan" He opened up the restaurant for our booking at 5pm tonight despite he had no electricity an hour before we arrived and had been fasting all day. SUPERSTAR. I have never read any review anyone who would extend themselves to this level of service. NO WORDS. Super cute lay out of furniture /tables/spacing between the tables. Such a nice vibe. “Went here last night for a family meal and I have got to say it was the best steak that I’ve had for a very long time and it was cooked to perfection. All of the food was stunning, mahou on draft and the service was exceptional. Very polite, attentive and they went the extra mile to do everything they could do to accommodate my mum in a wheelchair! “My family visited to celebrate both my mother’s and daughter’s birthdays yesterday. We chose the early evening menu and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. What really stood out to us was the fantastic service from our waiter Thomas. He was patient, accommodating and attentive. His colleague Kelsey was also friendly and warm. I don’t usually write reviews but the staff here are fantastic. Small touches like bringing colouring pencils for my daughter and sincere interactions with us made the place feel very welcoming. The food itself was excellent but the staff set a standard that many other restaurants could learn from. We will definitely return!”
