“After moving to Hale over a year ago now, I had put off trying to find a new hairdresser as finding one you can really trust is hard. So when I discovered The Knot on Instagram, I was comforted by their customer-first philosophy and the emphasis placed on an individual and tailored experience. My actual experience in the salon matched and exceeded my expectations! I was offered a drink on arrival and was given a beautifully presented mint tea with my favourite biscoff biscuits. I was lucky enough to have an appointment with salon owner David who made me feel comfortable right from the start and was so accommodating to my needs. He was so personable and kind, I really enjoyed our conversation, so much so I forgot I was having my hair done! The end result was nothing short of perfect and exactly what I had asked for. I feel so much more confident in myself and I am extremely grateful to David. He is an exceptional stylist and I will absolutely be returning and recommending the salon to others, including my mum who has just moved here and is looking for a new trusted hairdresser! “I made an enquiry online and then booked an initial Consultation with Tanya. She comes across as very knowledgable when it comes to Skincare, and was very friendly. She talked me through the options for hyperpigmentation I was experiencing and then booked me in for a peel a few days later. The whole process from the consultation to the procedure is very smooth and all the work staff are very knowledgeable and comforting. I had my hair transplant in May and had my free two PRP sessions which is included in the hair transplant price which is an added bonus. The aftercare is also second to none. The results are fantastic even after 6 months which gives you much more confidence, can't wait to see what the final results are after the 12 months is up.
