“First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.”

This was done in a relaxed manner without us feeling pressured. A measure was done the next day and we had received a text informing us of the time in a one hour window. We received a same day estimate and payment schedule with a final payment expected on completion. Any questions were dealt with quickly and professionally which was very reassuring. A fit date was quickly arranged and set for the following week which was great.
