“Was recommended to this little gem by my son the food was absolutely amazing I had the king prawns on sourdough the sauce was just amazing it was followed by spicy lamb koftas on a flatbread and again it was beautiful it was totally filling meal. I would recommend this venue to everyone. The chef must be a magician as we didn’t wait very long for our starters and main meal. The young lady who was serving us and bringing our food was very busy but was polite knowledgeable about some of our parties allergies and always had a smile on her face nothing was a trouble. The staff at the bar were very polite and smiling all the time. We had a wonderful evening and made our stay there absolutely great. The staff at the venue are a credit to the owner and management.”

“Wouldn’t go anywhere else.As I am new to the area and unable to get to the nail salon I went too.I was worried I would not find anywhere that was as good as my last technician..Because of plenty of places to park and get to I decided to try this Salon first..I am glad I did.they are even better. So friendly and welcoming..always offered a coffee when you sit down.All 3 staff are brilliant.I show a photo of what I would like and that is exactly what I leave with.I am constantly complimented on how nice my nails are.Nothing is too much for them I returned after a few days once because I wasn’t happy with what I had chosen.The gel and nail art was removed and completely re done to something else I had chose the technician would not take any money from me.. I would definitely recommend the Salon to anyone…”

“Hosted a games night for our running club in the free function room upstairs. Such a beautiful room with original features. We only had chip butties but they were really good, we even got some salad & cakes thrown in and the napkins were super cute! Lisa was super helpful when trying to organise. Only slight thing was the lack of an exit to the car park from the other side of the hotel which meant going back via reception, but I'm really being picky there. “Was a bit sceptical reading some reviews after booking first but I must say I was really pleased, I got a text day before the appointment to confirm a morning booking then on the day another text to say the engineer was on his way. On his arrival I found him very pleasant and he replaced my old radio satnav out and replaced it with my new in car entertainment system then went through every app to make sure everything was set up he put all my contacts in via Bluetooth and set up WiFi etc. Really satisfied .”
