“I started therapy with Thriving Young Minds in April, with my first session being the first time I had left the house all year. I’m writing this now having just done my last session in August, and it’s safe to say that I’ve made a huge amount of progress with my anxiety. I agreed to set myself a goal after every session, and was given confidence and reassurance that I could achieve what I set out to do.
