Was able to book in as a new patient for examination online easy, even got lucky with next day availability. 2. Follow-ups and automated notifications, no chance of forgetting your appointment. 3. Appointment was prompt and effective - in and out with next appointment booked in 20 mins and had all questions answered, thank you to Dr. Mohammed and assistant. Only critical feedback is to update the clinic location on Google Maps, it was not clear to me that it was located in the Brinnington Health centre :)”

Helpful and pleasantly chatty receptionists, reassuring and knowledgeable nurses (Lisa is very comforting), hygienists who take the time to explain what and why they are doing something, giving me a mirror to watch how I need the correct procedures to continue my treatment at home....and what can I say about Dr Mo....no wonder this practice has won so many awards. He talked me through everything he planned to do, answering any questions considerately, in easy to understand language and instils confidence in this previously nervous patient. I applaud this practice 100%. I always know how long the appointments will last and how much I will need to pay. Thank you for returning my confidence to smile and even though I no longer live in the area I have no qualms about travelling to this practice to ensure continuity and it's nice to be recognised as a returning patient.”

“My filling broke on my tooth days before going on holiday. Phoned Poynton dental practice on the Saturday evening and was given an appointment midday Sunday. On arrival was greeted by the dentist who was friendly and polite. He explained everything about the treatment on offer and let me decide for myself. I decided to have it refilled and will have it capped at a later day. I was given the choice of music to be played in the back ground while the procedure took place. The staff were very friendly and helped me feel at ease. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Poynton Dental service to anybody.”

Kids planet is great for SEN children and they work hard to meet all different needs of all the children. “To the best care team in the business, I am writing to you to make you aware of the absolute credit the staff on this ward are to the NHS! After my partner being admitted for 24hours the care was fantastic around the clock. From pre and post op assessments and medications to care and compassion given, we can not fault anybody what so ever. In particular the support worker Nicky(or Vicky) and the nurse Louise(or Leanne) these ladies were exceptional in caring for my partner during a very sensitive procedure. I would just like to send my gratitude and thanks to them and the rest of the team as I know from experience in the field myself it's no single person, but the multiple professionals that contribute to the care provided. The other departments are not over looked either the doctor and anaesthetist were also amazing I just couldn't possibly remember all the names (evidently!) Ps apologies for the possible name mix up it has been a very long 24hrs however I absolutely needed to send my thanks and praise to this department.
