“Had to go here for a C spine MRI and I was so nervous and worried but the place has a really relaxing atmosphere in very posh surroundings, the scanner is down a few steps but they have a lift if needed. There were few people in and I was taken straight down. Had my own changing room and locker for valuables and the technicians were so lovely I can’t fault it. I had my head in a cradle which was better for me and my claustrophobia coz I could see the room n my feet and not the roof of the scanner. They provided ear buds and headphones with the radio on. I cud have fallen asleep if it was any longer. I was referred via the nhs. I would really recommend going here. I’m actually a bit disappointed my next MRI in 2 weeks is not here! Lol, I no complaints at all.”

All of our maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and effectively, including replacement of a broken washing machine and assistance with leaks in the property. Inspections or fire alarm tests were alerted to us in advance and Vanessa and Danielle offered excellent communication and service throughout our tenancy. The property was affordable and in a good area of Manchester, close to city centre and our transition from Ireland to the year's tenancy in England was seamless. He quickly located my coil and, within just two minutes, removed it. Yes, it was painful, but honestly, I was expecting much worse. He clearly explained the process and offered options for local anesthetic, leaving the decision up to me, which I really appreciated. A big shoutout to the nurse who held my hand during the procedure and helped keep me distracted—you made a difference!
