“I recently called at Next (Handforth Dean) to collect an order. The Next lady hunted everywhere for it but couldn’t find it , she suggested we went off for a coffee at the in-store Costa for a few minutes whilst she carried on searching for it. Within 5 minutes she’d come and found us in the cafe and given me the parcel. Amazing service , thank you !”

The customer service throughout and since has been incredible from the owners taking their time to respond to emails whilst away on their honeymoon to being so accommodating with our girls being born early and having to reschedule things.
