From the moment we stepped into the pool, we were met with a truly warm and welcoming team. Their genuine enthusiasm and gentle approach immediately put both my son and myself at ease. Our instructor is fantastic, demonstrating a real passion for what they do. They create a nurturing environment where little ones can explore the water at their own pace. What's truly wonderful to witness is my son's growing confidence. Each week, he's becoming more comfortable and adventurous in the water, and it's all thanks to the patient and encouraging guidance he receives. Seeing him progress from tentative splashes to happy, independent movements is an absolute joy. The classes are thoughtfully structured and always include fun songs and games. It's clear that the team has a deep understanding of child development, and they tailor the activities to suit each child's individual needs. “My sister used Homelands for her children and when our first came along my wife visited and was really impressed with it so we signed up. I cannot speak highly enough of this place; it has been a wonderful experience for our 1st, 2nd and 3rd child. Obviously all the child development stuff is a key metric and they have all progressed brilliantly during their time there, but for me it is secondary to the loving environment that is so very evident at Homelands. There are so many nice staff there, and even more that have passed through at times; they have a knack for selecting dedicated, caring and professional people. There is core leadership team that have been there throughout our children's time there that I have found very re-assuring, and I will be sad when our youngest leaves because I see them as sort of an extended family! With Homelands your children will be safe and loving hands. ***From Jan 2020 you can drop off at 730 as well (rather than 8)***”

“A fantastic dance school. My daughter has attended classes here for about 14 years! Started as a toddler in a pink frilly tutu! The dance teacher Lesley is lovely and patiently teaches all the children from toddlers to teens and runs adult classes for fitness as well. It’s very much a calm and no pressure environment. Affordable. There is the opportunity to achieve dance grades with certificates, medals and trophies. There is a dance show to take part in each year which again is fun with no pressure on the children and also costumes and tickets etc are much more affordable than other places. My daughter has loads of hobbies and interests but this is the longest lasting …. I think Lesley also provides her with a safe place to talk about her stressful life issues…..even more important in the teenage years! I’ve met lots of other lovely mums throughout the years too!”
