“We have recently had some sliding/bifolding doors fitted on our outside bar area. Guy and the team had quite a challenge as this was originally built with the idea to keep it open plan but we decided to close it off. The timber structure wasn’t exactly straight and so it made things difficult at times but this was never a problem to them. There was always a solution and the work was carried out so professionally. All the team work extremely hard and were a pleasure to work with. What a team! We are really happy with the end result and I would most definitely recommend. Great service! Great quality! “Having not owned a hot tub before it was a big decision for us to make the purchase and we had LOTS of questions. So happy we chose hot tubs direct, all the people we have dealt with have been friendly and knowledgeable, the tub was ordered and delivered in the specified time period, we needed a crane to lift the tub over the house, hot tubs direct arranged everything. Even after purchase they are always on hand to answer any questions, Chloe especially deserves our thanks as she is always happy to help. We found the price very fair and the maintenance plan offered also looks to be great value (not had to use it yet and hopefully don’t have to apart from service). Overall we are really happy with the hot tub and massively impressed by the service received, can’t fault them.”
