“Dropped in here after night shift, can't go to bed without a hot meal. The kebabs are tasty!!! Good quality donner meat, nan bread is a pizza base style bread but always freshly cooked. I tried the hot chilli sauce which has a good fiery kick to it! All makes to a great kebab!”

“Got there at lunchtime and it was lovely and quiet. I went for the standard carvery and the other half had the chicken burger. The carvery was lovely and fresh with good sizes of meat. The chicken burger was good, apparently, but the coleslaw let it down. All in all a good quick stop off for a lunch that was hot and a good size. The cake slices were huge!”

“Brilliant shop, but it went downhill for a time. The freezers were empty, so I stopped using it, I started going to Urmston, and the shop was packed out. The freezers were full, so that was my new go-to, so I thought I would give Eccles another try and guess what a new manager was in town and the shop was packed with great freezer products. So, five stars and a brilliant shop.”

“The cheapest Coke in Town or in anywhere really. Connected with the vouchers and the offers available. Last one was £21 for 48 cans if I am not mistake. Buy more and use the £5 voucher that will make your can of Coke costing around 0.28p to 0.35p per can. Without voucher its around 0.48p per can. They do have different offers and different items. I do kiss the £7 for 30 cans of Coke. The ladies in the shop are very nice and its never too busy in there.”

“Pol Mart is a Polish mini market and it's very accessible, just wish I understood the language. I go in quite regularly. The staff that can't speak English are just as helpful as those who can. They sell a lot of different cooked meats and cooked fish. I buy whole smoked Mackerel, kabanos and other items.They even have a small oven and they bake small white buns. There is a wide variety of Polish breads,Rye, blackbread etc. For the more self indulgent they have a variety of stunning cakes, fresh vegetables and the biggest Garlic bulbs I've ever bought,twice the size of supermarket variety. I love this store and there are many products I can't tell what they are but staff will willingly help and explain. Every visit is an adventure, highly recommended if you want to get away from mass produced foods in the local supermarkets.”

“Nice Big Indian/Pakistani or Asian Store with most of the Indian (South and North) cooking spices, lentils, rice, vegetables. Frozen fish is limited but there's butchers inside so good for meat too. Nice shop for Indian people living in Eccles, Swinton and Salford.”

“Always have a laugh in here with the family serving. Convenient with good stock and decent prices for a local store. Usually just buy my milk and the odd chocolate fix but essentials there too and open when they say they will be. Would love it if they started doing more services like evri and yodel but have recently got an inpost outside so that’s a start :)”

“My absolute go to Chinese in the area. The portions are very well sized for the money and most dishes come with the rice or chips included. The food is always very hot and well presented. The fire chow mein and seaweed is our favourite! Definitely recommend as the best Chinese in the area, and we love supporting local.”

“I call them daily and in less that 5 to 10 minutes they promptly arrive. Drivers don't ask you questions they know the Geographical navigation very polite matured and respectful. Of all Taxis I have used they the best and very honest Jake”

“Both my children have been at Swim Ltd for two years, I travel all the way from Bolton to attend lessons. I did lots of research on swimming lessons and the swim website came up, I read about the scheme and wow i was blown away! The scheme is unreal! I’ve never known a swim school spend so much time on breath control & technique. Small classes & one to one lessons are exceptional. My children have had all the teachers teach them over the years Mark, Chris, Holly & Thomas and trust me every single teachers attention to detail is heart warming. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

The staff went out of their way to find a supplier who had stock and chase it up on Friday to try and get a Friday delivery. Fortunately it arrived Friday afternoon. Thank you. Staff from both branches spoke to each other to do their best to assist with other items.”
