“I came in with my granddaughter last week, and I must say, the food was exceptional! Upon walking into the establishment, it felt as if we were transported to New York. As a proud American, I must say I felt right at home! My granddaughter, on the other hand—who is very hard to impress—took her time, but by the time the food arrived, her demeanor had changed. We ordered the Benny's Burger, the schnitzel wrap, and the sweet potato chips. I have to mention that my granddaughter did not make the life of the young lady at the till easy. With the number of notes my granddaughter gave for her schnitzel wrap, I was sure she would be laughed at by our server. Instead, we were met with kind responses, smiles, and absolutely no issues. The food came out very quickly, and all three items we ordered were presented exquisitely! Every note was followed perfectly. The service was probably the best I have experienced in this otherwise abysmal country. I come to England at least twice a year from New York to visit my children and grandkids. I try to give each one time alone with me so I can give each the attention they deserve. My son had mentioned that there was a splendid restaurant I had to try; he has ordered Uber delivery from you a few times. I truly recommend the dine-in experience! I will definitely be returning the next time I come to visit the kids. (I do apologize, as I had intended to share the photographs that were taken. But sadly, only my granddaughter took photos—she has the better phone and therefore the better camera—and she seems to be taking her time sending them to me.)”

“Always been top class in customer service, had multiple weddings in the family and Andaaz has always helped us, we’ve bought shalwar kameez and waistcoats and prince jackets for big groups of boys and men, it’s so nice when all the boys are dressed the same on those special days. “Adam from South Manchester Heating did a superb job for us last week. This involved diagnosing and fixing the problem with our central heating. Adam called Worcester Bosch for us to explain the problem for them to come and check out the boiler (the next day!). Adam the replaced the pump and isolation valves (without draining the system!) and is also helping us sort out problems with our kitchen underfloor heating which has never worked properly. I have tried many other companies but trust the knowledgeable and experienced team at SMH to understand and sort the problems out. Highly recommended. Great job, thanks very much!”
