“The most beautiful nails I have ever got done. Gems stayed on no problems, when often they fell off after a week. Had to come back as my black color was changing to dark blue in the sun and they didn’t let me leave again until we were sure they don’t do that anymore, free of charge. Very quick service, clearly all staff know what they were doing. Can’t wait to go again for another artsy set!”

“Every visit to Long Bar feels like stepping into my own living room. The warmth of the staff, their personal touch, and the way they know us by name create such a welcoming atmosphere. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel so at home. Now, let’s talk about the food—because Chef Dave is truly outstanding. I don’t usually do “best,” but Dave? He cooks a Sunday roast that is nothing short of exceptional. And it’s not just the roast—every dish I’ve had here has been fantastic. You can tell there’s real passion behind every plate. I come here regularly, whether it’s for a meal, a drink with friends, or—let’s be honest—sometimes more than one drink! It’s always a great experience. This is the first time I’ve taken the time to write a review, not because I didn’t want to, but because I never felt the need—Long Bar speaks for itself. But I do think it’s important to acknowledge the people who put passion into what they do, and Chef Dave and the whole team here deserve all the recognition. As a proud Bramhall local and a small business owner myself, I believe in supporting our village’s businesses. Places like Long Bar make all the difference in creating a welcoming community. If you haven’t been yet, you absolutely should. Highly recommended!”

“We went here as a spontaneous night out. The music is ace! It’s nice to see some 80s and 90s music still being played rather than just up-to-date hip-hop. Me and my friends all had a great laugh and a good dance, the bar staff are very attentive And friendly. Would definitely recommend !”

“I go to Ashleigh here and she's always done my nails really nicely and she's a really lovely girl. She's good at nail art and they last well. The massage pedicure chairs are the best. I absolutely love the way Ashleigh does eyebrows too.”

“I visited The Oxnoble on a Sunday with a friend who had been before for their Sunday roast. She mentioned the concept had changed a bit, but regardless, the Sunday roast was absolutely delicious! Our waiter, Sean, was super friendly and made the experience even better (he recommended the cauliflower chees and OMG soo good). I would definitely recommend The Oxnoble to anyone visiting Manchester for the weekend!”

“The perfect airport hotel. A complementary shuttle bus is available from the airport, which arrived to pick me up just outside the terminal. From my arrival in reception I was greeted by very attentive and friendly staff - the place has a feeling of being orderly and efficient yet still maintaining that relaxed atmosphere. My room had a comfortable bed, super soft sheets and was quiet - I couldn’t hear any noise from the airport. The selection and quality of the buffet breakfast was brilliant. Everything you could want prepared and displayed to an high standard. Mike and John were going over and above to ensure all guests had a great experience. Overall I was impressed with my stay, and glad I chose this hotel after a very long flight.”

“I recently purchased a quartz table from All In Stone and the whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. I live approximately 200 miles from their shop, however communication over the phone and messaging was faultless. On collection of the table, it was wrapped for protection and loaded into my van, nothing was too much trouble and the lads were all friendly. They have some lovely tables and tons of choice in the shop. I would jot hesitate to purchase from All In Stone again.”

“I've been coming here for over four years and I think they are very good at waxing eyebrows. I find the comments made about staff being rude and shouting hard to believe, as that's something I've never experienced or seen. If anything the way some customers speak to the staff I consider to be rude. Hardly hear people saying thank you or please. Manners work both ways.”

“I had many of my friends recommending this place, and when we finally tried it for my birthday - it exceeded all expectations! The service was amazing, very helpful and welcoming. The food was unreal, very unique menu with lots of things to try. We tried a fair few dishes as recommended and I’m still thinking about their pastas dishes.
