“I have been using Andy for I think around 5 years now, every time supremely happy with the level of service and quality of work. He has undertaken all kinds of work for me and each time has delivered. I used to use the spanners myself so I know an organised mechanic if they have an engine stripped down on the bench, I can see how he or she works. And if all the parts have been degreased and are laid out in a certain following order, the mechanic knows what he or she is doing and is logical and methodical in his or her work. Luckily I clocked this probably the second or third time I was in his workshop, so knew what I had here was someone who knows what he's up to. So if you're after knowing that you're dealing with a trustworthy and friendly mechanic, want someone who will only use quality parts and want to make dealing with a garage as easy as possible, go see this guy. I'm lucky enough that I know of 4 or 5 other good garages in the local area, but I've not had any need whatsoever to use them in the last few years and I don't see that changing.”

“HEADLINE: Thank you Megan and the Team for going out of your way to help me at a very stressful time. (This review is long overdue!) Weds morning 16 Aug 23 my car began "screaming" on the M61. I stayed in the slow lane and came off at the next junction and rang Parkills straight away. "Could I bring my car in?" Lovely Megan initially said at least a week. When I explained I am self-employed working across the NW and need my car, (don't work: don't earn) compounded by currently driving back and forth to a specialist vets 30+ miles away (my dog had cancer and days earlier had had a huge operation). Megan said she'd speak to the manager at 9. She called me back at 9 and said "bring the car in, though they may not get to it that day". A slow drive to Parkhills and I left it with them. Megan rang me that afternoon, they did in fact find out what was wrong with the car same day, then it was a case of waiting for parts, I added a full service to the work, and had a niggly tiny issue (I couldn't remove a plastic cap on one tyre valve to inflate it). Megan kept me informed throughout those 3 days (4 calls in 3 days) and I had my car back by Friday! So what could have been 2 weeks no income AND worry how I'd get my dog back to the vets in an emergency. I was only off the road for 2.5 days. This is the 2nd time Parkhills have provided excellent service and resolved an issue for me. I really appreciate Parkhills excellent customer service, going out of their way to look after me as a customer and the transparency of great videos illustrating what works needs to be done gives that added peace of mind. For me choosing a garage boils down to trust and good service, who will keep you safe on the roads. I'm confident when I take my car to Parkhills they'll do a good job and are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Megan, and sorry this review wasn't posted sooner!”

“Blown away by this place. I’ve only used them a few times but they always go above and beyond. Genuinely superb customer service. I’d accidentally left something there once and never went back for it. I went to the garage again a few months later and the guy recognised me and brought it out to me. The fact that he remembered me and had kept hold of it speaks volumes to their honesty and decency. Highly recommend this place”

“I can't recommend Noman highly enough, his service was absolutely exceptional. My car had an obscure issue which took several weeks to get to the bottom of, and most people faced with the same challenge would have fobbed me off to go back to a main dealer, who would have charged me a fortune to fix the problem. Instead Noman took time over several visits checking and testing things, ordering parts etc to try to save me money. In the end he successfully fixed the issue, and saved me a load of money in the process. Several weeks down the line and everything is working perfectly and I'm delighted. “We had our regular annual boiler service yesterday, and were so pleased with the attention received! Danny arrived when we were eating lunch and insisted on sitting in his van whilst we finished eating (only a few minutes), as we have a walk through kitchen/diner. He then completed the service, as planned, to our satisfaction, leaving the area as clean and tidy as he found it. I can highly recommend both Danny (service engineer) and the lovely Becky ( she always organises the date and time of the annual service). Both are so polite, friendly and accommodating. “100% recommend. Just go to this place. I damaged my paintwork by careless clay baring my new car. Honestly it was horrendous, scratched headlights, plastic trims, paintwork... I had the car for about a week, mortified. All the above was no problem for Chris to sort out. Decided to go with a 3 year ceramic coat as well as the paint correction. Chris fully explained the process, suggested future best practices and was just so knowledgeable. If you research this place you will see that Chris can also does leather repairs, paint protection films...the works to an amazing standard. I'm really protective over my car's and Chris didn't mind one bit, a truly understanding professional. Thanks once again Chris for saving my paintwork and answering all my questions.”

I've been taking mine and my wife's cars to them for a couple of years now for MOTs, servicing and the odd repair (suspension springs & exhaust silencer) and I'm always very happy with the service received. I've been recommending them to friends & colleagues. They can be busy for getting booked in but it's because they're good and trustworthy.
