“I visited Sina Auto Repairs today for a second opinion on my car due to Arnold Clarke not servicing my car correctly and have had problems over the weekend with warning lights about my engine/oil luckily I know Bestun who is known to be the best mechanic in Manchester area so I got in contact the night before and straight away he got me to come by the following day. So I travalled from Northwich and what can I say he was extremely professional he talked me through everything and explained the jobs he was doing and why. He covered alot of issues that Arnold Clarke hasn't done what supposed to be done on the services for the car. He was very efficient and clearly has a passion in what he does. Bestun is very straight to the point and is very genuine when it comes to his customer service skills. I can't highly recommend him enough. Moving forward I will be bringing my custom to this garage. “The workmanship was excellent but I did feel that the pricing was way off as when the estimator first looked at my car he said the damage would be around £1000 but when the final bill came it was over £2000 which seemed a big difference to me. Thankfully I was not paying but it made me think twice about using them in the future.”
