I left little 'clues' around my house before leaving for work just to check and I was pleasantly surprised on my return as nothing was missed. I've never met any of the cleaning team as they have a key but when Nicola visited me initially to quote, she immediately struck me as charming, professional and I had no problem whatsoever entrusting her with the job. “Our Children (five and eight) are excited about adding to our family and have discussed a hamster.... My husband and I went to Pets at Home Bury to talk to an expert and discuss possible options and in particular what pet would be best for our family. We spoke to a lovely lady on the till who called over her colleague Maddie. Maddie talked us through options, and explained the nature and requirements of Hamsters, also looked to understand more about us as a family, how old the children are, how much activity we do, how much available time we have to properly look after and love a new pet. This was so impressive as clearly she wanted to ensure she advised us enough to help guide our informed decision whilst also having the welfare of the animal at the heart of the decision which is exactly what any ethical and compassionate pet store should do! She was engaging, extremely knowledgeable, clear and just so so lovely to talk to! We actually since talking to Maddie, believe that Guinea Pigs may be a better option for us, particularly because the are nocturnal and our daughter is still young, her bed time would be Hammy's wake up time! We were introduced to the available Guinea Pigs, shown a variety of housing options, Maddie explained the importance of nutrition, play, chew toys and behaviours to watch out for too as the Guineas get older. We are going to reflect in readiness for a joint family decision with Henry and Lils, but for now are just so grateful for the time Maddie spent with us. Finally, the Store Manager Raf was really encouraging about ensuring Maddie was recognised for her efforts - he was keen to encourage this recognition of his team and in my eyes, this is really good leadership! “A very pleasant place to stay in a lovely location. I was looking for a proper holiday location within close driving distance of Tameside and Manchester, Christie's hospital in order to look after an elderly relative. I looked for a proper hotel with a dining room, a bar proper cooked food and somewhere dog friendly. I could not have found anywhere better. My elderly step-mum needed modified meals; small portions and easy-to-swallow foods. The chef and all the staff bent over backwards to make sure she was catered for - room service was no trouble. Only wish I'd had time to enjoy The Stables. I'll definitely be back.”

“Highly recommended. Have a gold twisted rope necklace which has 2 strings of white gold balls wrapping around it. One of these strings had come adrift, not for the first time. Went to 2 high street jewellers on the rock who said could not be repaired despite one of them having repaired it previously. Found this place on the Wed, said no problem and had it repaired by Friday. Not only that the cost was a third of what the high street jeweller had previously charged me”

Always a friendly face, and his calm and easy demeanour makes you feel relaxed, especially in a situation that for many people is very stressful. It feels like he genuinely takes an interest in his dental patients and in getting to know their personal circumstances. That attention to detail is unusual in many lines of work, so to find it someone who you know must see 1000s of patients and mouths in between your 6 monthly visits makes you feel like you are getting an exceptional service.”

Such a caring and professional dentist, Patrick went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, he really is an expert in what he does The ladies on Reception are a dream, so welcoming and friendly and really put you at ease soon as you walk in. You can be confident that your dog will come home not only looking and smelling beautiful but extremely happy and looked after - Chelsea treats every dog like her own, having watched her work you can see how much she genuinely loves every client and her passion for what she does. She only takes one dog at a time and so you are sure your dog receives her undivided attention, allowing them to build a trusting relationship with her. I sometimes wonder if my dog loves Chelsea more than me!!!”
