“I had this place in mind for months before deciding to visit here on a date night. We booked a table easily online (via their website) and the pictures there lived up to the real thing. The deco in this place is amazing to create the right atmosphere for any occasion.... Date night, drinks with friends at the weekend or during the week. The staff were very friendly and the food.... THE FOOD! It was delicious! And reasonably priced too!”

“Three of us stayed two nights whilst attending a family event nearby. We found the hotel clean, warm and comfortable, the staff extremely welcoming and very, very helpful. The breakfast was generous and well prepared with a huge selection of fruit, cheeses, cereals and pastries to chose from including nuts and seeds to sprinkle plus jams, honey etc on tap, none of those horrid little polluting plastic containers. The restaurant is bright and airy with comfortable seating and lovely views of the garden. This is a great hotel if you need outdoor space, there are huge lawns and patio areas. We found parking easy though at busier times that may be an issue, it's not huge. We ate in the restaurant one evening and we're pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and my daughter's need for lacto- and gluten-free catered for. Our room was adequately spacious even with the (very comfy) sofa-bed open for use, when it's folded away it would be a very generous space, great lighting too, the separate bathroom and toilet makes for convenience when sharing, that's rare in a modern hotel. We left a precious item behind and the staff very kindly prepared it for posting back and it arrived safely. It was our first experience of Novotel and we wouldn't hesitate to use this one again and highly recommend it.”

“I went in this evening and the team had an assessment going on which obviously would’ve been highly stressful for them as it is with any job having an audit. Despite this the service remained perfect, food was great and minimal interruption. The staff are an absolute credit to the store and even under stressful circumstances and being in a fast paced environment always make time to chat to customers, and it is much appreciated! “We had our first meal at this restaurant tonight and it was absolutely fantastic! The service was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff who were attentive to our needs. A really nice touch was when the chef came out of the kitchen to ask us how our food was. This is something I've only seen on TV before, but it was a really personal and thoughtful gesture that made me feel valued as a customer. The food was also delicious and flavorful. We had pizza, carbonara and risotto and they were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. The portion size was generous, and I left feeling satisfied but not overstuffed. We also had the tiramisu and chocolate fudge cake both were delicious. The price of the food is a little bit higher than some other restaurants I've been to, but I think it's worth it for the quality of the food and the excellent service. I will definitely be coming back here again soon!”

“To be honest, this guy makes freaking good pizza. Romana was simply delicious. Thin and crispy dough and lots of toppings. The only downside is that pizzas can only be ordered between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. But on the other hand, the price of the pizza is very low considering its high quality.”

“I recently held my 60th birthday celebrations at Llieno's. The room is a perfect size for a party up to 60 guests, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, in fact they went above and beyond in ensuring everything went to plan including decorating the room and ensuring a variety of different drinks were on offer to suit my guests. We also used the buffet provided by Llieno's which was good. I would not hesitate in 100% recommending this venue for a hassle free, wonderful event.”

“Nicola provided a buffet for my nephew's 18th on Saturday, I have issues with food, as in I am so so fussy, extremely fussy, I never eat food at a buffet, 1. bread is buttered 2. The cheese is usually grated 3. I don't eat meat, 4. I don't eat anything with pastry, i.e Pies etc cakes Nicola's food was amazing, most of it I could not eat ( that is my issue) the cheese board and crackers was lush, the salad was fresh as was the snacks, I will be using Nicola for any party's we have, hopefully she does Vegan, my granddaughter is only vegan due to medical issues, so the rest of the family did. sorry for the long post,”

“Sue & the team provided a lovely buffet my mum's 70th birthday, plenty of selection. Their service is efficient and will go ubove & beyond to any requests ie dietary, selection, delivery etc. Also followed by calls to check everything is ok etc. Sue takes pride in providing the best customer service. Their food especially chips (not fries) are massive and crispy and lovely MUCH better than chip shop ones.. imagine chip shop sized but French crisp fried! All food is clean and hot! (not greasy) properly cooked and delicious. And a breakfast for 5.50 is amazing! My new hangout!”
