“Fantastic hotel. As a corporate, I've stayed in many hotels and I can honestly say that the village cheadle is the best in terms of service, attentiveness / friendliness of staff, food quality is top quality, gym and spa facilities excellent. Im a member of David Lloyd and I can tell you the quality of the gym and spa at the village cheadle is on a par to DL at a fraction of the price. Village cheadle is 3* hotel but in my opinion it far surpasses the other 4* hotels in the vicinity”

“Superb food, friendly helpful staff, what more could you ask for? Having not eaten here before we decided to try a few dishes and had the chicken pad Thai, chicken drunken noodles, spring rolls, prawn toast, spicy chicken wings and a king prawn dish whose name escapes me. Oh and prawn crackers with sweet chilli sauce. No complaints at all. The food was stunning and was devoured by the whole family. My daughter was caught off guard by how spicy the pad Thai was but she had a feast of everything else.”

“The most beautiful restaurant. Sat outside on a lovely sunny day. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I very rarely change where I eat an Italian as not many places do it perfectly but piccolo was recommended by the friend I visited with and it did not disappoint. Arancini was a delicious starter and I had the carbonara which was delicious. My friend had the lasagna which was very rich in flavour and delicious. Will definitely go again”

“This burger shop is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed meal with friends. The burgers are juicy, fresh, and packed with flavor. you can really tell they use quality ingredients. Whether you’re into classic cheeseburgers or something more gourmet, there’s something for everyone on the menu. The fries are crispy, and the sauces are next level. The staff are also super polite and quick with service. Definitely one of the nicest burger spots around!”

“I have not been to the March Hare in a while due to the last few visits being very disappointing . Todays vidit has definitely changed my opion. We were greeted by the assistant manager Gav, he was pleasant and accommodating. We had not booked but he managed to squeeze us in. The waitress Georgia was very pleasant and professional. The food was lovely and service was prompt. 2 empty plates. The refurbishment was in character and creates a family friendly atmosphere. The outdoor area has had a much needed upgrade and definitely a place I will visit on a sunny day. The toilet upgrade is definitely a vast improvement . Excellent selection of drinks including a vast variety of zero alcohol. I would highly recommend it .”

“We booked a table following rave reviews from friends who had visited the restaurant. There were 11 of us dining and we have to say that the food has to be up there with any other Indian food we have eaten (most of the family are Indian). We will definitely be going back and highly recommend a visit. Not only was the food amazing the staff (especially the owner) are professional and friendly. A great service all around. “The Hesketh is hands down the best place for a Sunday roast! I had the chicken roast and it was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked, juicy chicken with crispy roast potatoes, fluffy Yorkshire pudding, and rich gravy that tied everything together beautifully. The portions were generous, the presentation spot on, and the flavours reminded me of a proper homemade Sunday dinner, only better! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It’s clear the team really take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for the perfect Sunday roast in the area, The Hesketh is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back next week !”

“Delicious chicken burger and sandwiches overall. I wouldn’t recommend the peanut butter and jelly milkshake -it was really disappointing -but the Oreo milkshake was nice. The sauces were all great, and the tenders were lovely. I tried both a sandwich and the burger. The sandwich was much better; the burger felt a bit bulked out with cabbage, though still tasty. Service was a bit slow -I ordered first but my meal came last out of our group of 11. Overall, I would recommend it for the food.”

“Lovely first experience, the business owner is friendly and welcoming as when you are seated in the restaurant to eat in they offer complimentary soup which was a kind gesture..I do have a picture but not posted as family member was eating it. we ordered the mix kebab, mixed salad mezze and yoghurt drink “ayran”.. all was nicely made and would go back again and highly recommend.. my personal favourites were chicken kebab, hummus and the Potato salad..pricing was reasonable. The restaurant is a nice addition to Cheadle , hoping to order dessert next time :-)”

“So, fundamentally this was a really nice place. The atmosphere is modern yet comfortable. I felt it was clean and well-looked after and I did not find anything obvious out of place. Our party was there for a wedding reception and there were quite a lot of us. We ordered a lot of food and although I felt that the service was a little slow perhaps, I didn't find it slow to the point of questioning it as, after all, they were cooking approximately 20 meals from scratch. I ordered lamb shank and crème brule and I really enjoyed the lamb. I found it to be well cooked and definitely enjoyed my meal. As far as I am aware most of our party enjoyed their meal and we found nothing to complain about with the food at all. The service was actually really pro-active and helpful and I got the impression that nothing was too much trouble and the staff were really polite.”

“I can’t recommend this place enough! The customer service was absolutely outstanding and the food was excellent. I accidentally ordered two 12-inch pizzas instead of two 16-inch ones, and when I rang up to see if I could change it, the manager was incredibly kind and offered to give me two 16-inch pizzas free of charge. That level of generosity and customer care is rare these days, and it really made my experience memorable. The pizzas themselves were delicious – fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. A big thank you to the team for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family”

“Now I am very critical of many food industries some local some not but I have to say that this place is rather amazing! The staff here are a fun and laughing stock indeed. Their food is what makes the cake however their burgers and pizza's are incredible with delightful portions and an actual taste of homemade sauce. Looks can be deceiving as the exterior of Prego's may look like an average takeaway but do not be deceived one bit! They offer a variety of different food items. It is not just Kebabs and burger or pizzas but they also implement Greek Salads which I think is a good option as not many takeaways have that ordeal.”
