Lots and lots of dried beans , peas, lentils and other pulses , a very good range of ground spices and curry mixs in different size bags from about 250g upto 1kg A good range of jars of curry sauce / pastes . Huge bags of rice. A good range of oils A limited range of yoghurt, butter, cold drinks . Some kitchen equipment like sives, huge pans, tin openers. But the best thing is the staff , they are friendly and accommodating and can answer all sorts of questions regarding their stock , like how to cook things , what would go best with different sauces , how to prepare / store the fresh herbs and spices.”

He does everything from start to finish including taking your photo, copying your passport then uploading everything on a very difficult website. “Went in with my niece today around 11 ish and there was a lovely lady who worked there who approached me when we was paying and asked if my niece could have chocolate and said she could chose some chocolate, told her she could have it and told me not to put it through the till. “I've been here twice recently (once drunk), and both in the rain, though that's hardly relevant. These guys have accommodated my request of a non menu meal thrown together in a tray I can carry and eat whilst walking (one time stumbling) home. The foods always been fresh, hot and delicious. Check it out. For the record, it's a tray with chips, battered chicken balls and satay sauce. It's about £7 and well worth it!”

“What can I say about Dale, The Muscle Doctor, the guy is amazing I’ve been on numerous occasions to see him for drastic trapped nerves and similar issues and he’s truly got the gifted touch! I’d never had acupuncture before and am scared of needles but he fixed most of my issues in one session! Massage cupping and acupuncture under heat lamps is his process and it’s worth every penny!!
