“I love this place's food It's spot on very tasty and good portion sizes. It can be a bit of a wait sometimes as it is busy and only 1 cook but its well worth the wait. The chef seems to genuinely care about the food and presentation. so if you've got the time to just sit and relax over great Coffee and superb food you will love it”

“The food here was absolutely delicious and well presented. The early bird menu is great value for money and has a good selection of dishes on it. It was just less than £22 for 3 courses which is excellent. I had the bruschetta, sea bass and crembrule, each dish was very tasty. The decor was nice and the staff were friendly. Great experience.”

“I recently dined at Sud Pasta and was thoroughly impressed by all the dishes we eat, the house sugo pasta dish was undoubtedly the highlight and was one of the best pasta dishes I've had the pleasure of tasting. The flavours were rich and perfectly balanced, leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds. To complement the meal, we enjoyed a reasonably priced 1-liter carafe of red wine, which added to the overall delightful experience. Highly recommed this place!”

“We had a delicious lunch here. Their gyros are probably one of the best in town. The owner is friendly and happy to talk about what they serve. They use quality ingredients and you can easily tell their food tastes delicious and authentic. They have a fantastic meal deal where you can get a gyro, a drink and a cake for around a tenner. The place is nice, quiet and with some beautiful Greek decorations on the wall.”

“Hidden gem! We had the Lamb Maqluba, Musakhan Chicken, Batata Harra and Zatar Sweet Tato's - was hoping to try the kunafa but we were far too full. The starters were the highlight for me and to be honest, very generous portions ! Great service and looking forward to returning again!”

“My family and I stopped in for lunch and were genuinely impressed from start to finish. The pizza was excellent—large yet wonderfully light, just as a true Neapolitan pizza should be. The balance of modern décor set against the charm of the old building created a unique and inviting atmosphere that we really enjoyed. A special mention goes to manager Yolanda and waitress Federica, whose attentive service and friendliness made the experience even better. Their warm approach made us feel very welcome. If there’s one thing that could be improved, it would be the cover charge. It feels a bit unusual and unnecessary—most guests would happily skip the bread and oil in exchange for a lighter bill. Overall, though, a fantastic experience and definitely a place we’d happily return to!”

“I came across this coffee and was very surprised by the quality and the taste of the food. The owners are very nice and very welcoming, she made me the best cappuccino ever. They do a mix between Albanian and English food which was delicious. Very clean place, I recommend !”

“A truly wonderful place for an authentic Italian meal and fabulous atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is cosy and welcoming. Although there are a few Domus Italia or Casa Italia restaurants in Manchester the Didsbury one does not feel like it part of a chain of faceless restaurants. It has a family run vibe and individual atmosphere. It's not a big place but that makes it so much nicer.”

“First class! I booked here for my 50th birthday and had a great time. The manager had kindly decorated the tables so that it felt like a party. Even though our tables had to be socially distant they still made or feel special. The food was good excellent. They had made platters of mixed starters for each table that were huge portions and delicious. Everyone was really happy with their main courses. The calzone is enormous! The octopus pasta superb! I can’t thank them enough for the service, welcome and food. I think I’ll be a regular in future!”

“All our family went for a Christmas meal on Saturday evening and then onto the Stockport Plaza to see the pantomime. Zizzi had a Christmas menu that was £30 per person for 3 courses. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were very good. We had fantastic service and very friendly staff. We had a lovely evening and would highly recommend Zizzi for a family meal out.”

I know some have knocked you recently for delayed deliveries... But hey... If you are busy it's only to be expected... Can't fault your food... Beats the other two local Greek takeaways by a long way..”
