A Gentleman named Mo who is very polite and professional quoted for and fixed the phone the same day. I didn't need an appointment, the phone was fixed in just over an hour. He also put a screen protector on the phone the prevent any future scratches or bumps. “This is a small shop compared to some but they pack a lot of products in. The staff are very helpful especially christine who i seem to have most dealings with. I have recently bought a new vape and i am so pleased with it, i started going in here for my regular liquid which is usually waiting in a box behind the counter with my name on it. If you ask about something that catches your eye from thier display then they are very happy to tell you about it but dont push you to buy anything. I drive out of my way to go here mainly for the customer service. I would highly recommend.”

Today I went in after a bad day of my phone breaking and no one being able to fix it. I was helped to the fullest to get a phone in my budget, I did have to go back with it (personal problem) and was helped by a very kind, understanding and helpful worker I want to say his name was jerry I'm so bad with names. He spent quite a while helping me find a suited phone and sort out the other phone so I can get it swapped over. A can not thank you enough all of you for just giving me a little light on my bad day.
