“I came to the Manchester branch of Prestige Pawnbrokers for the first time today. I didn't know what to expect as I've never sold anything before & didn't know if id get ripped off or not. I was seen by Leanne and she was so lovely & honest & explained every step of the way what she was doing. Im guessing I got the best price I could have got but whatever Leanne as well as the other staff were really friendly & made me feel comfortable as I was feeling quite nervous & emotional inside due to the nature of the sale. I will definitely come back here if I want to sell anything else.”

Today I went in after a bad day of my phone breaking and no one being able to fix it. I was helped to the fullest to get a phone in my budget, I did have to go back with it (personal problem) and was helped by a very kind, understanding and helpful worker I want to say his name was jerry I'm so bad with names. He spent quite a while helping me find a suited phone and sort out the other phone so I can get it swapped over. A can not thank you enough all of you for just giving me a little light on my bad day.
