My sons developed in so many ways , he can be quite stubborn at the best of times , standards here are super high and work with every single child needs no matter how high or how low. Staff are incredibly on form with teaching and how they run things and have a very highly standard of professionalism which you can see. They are open and honest with each parent . Reporting back each day if anything needs to be addressed or reported. There on form with everything. Highly recommended nursery for your child to go too especially if your wanting a nursery for your child with such high standards of learning and still at the same time as your child being able to still be a child at the same time”

“Took my dogs to be vaccinated at Grappenhall Veterinary Centre. Greeted by lovely pleasant staff on reception, the surgery smelt lovely when I walked in and was so clean and tidy. Alexa the vet was amazing in the consult and put my mind at rest- we think one of my dogs has a little heart issue and she reassured me on how to treat her going forward. I have complete faith that she will guide me through the next steps and I know that she is in safe hands. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alexa and her team :0)”

I felt comfortable and confident when handling the dogs in the salon knowing that I had full support by the staff. The owner Al was also able to provide amazing tips and tricks from a business perspective which has set me on the right path to becoming an Independent dog groomer. “We just had a one off deep clean done from Diamond Home Support. Made initial contact via email and they were really helpful. Michael I think he was called. Then he arranged for Adam to come out and meet us and have a quick walk through of the house. Both these gents were highly professional and explained things to me well. They very quickly arranged for our deep clean and I was grateful because with the number of households they work for I was hoping we wouldn’t have a long wait. And we didn’t. Our cleaner was called Mark and he worked incredibly hard. He instantly made us feel comfortable with him and we were really pleased. I don’t want someone to clean for me and it feel like I could do it myself. I want someone who makes me walk in and think wow they’ve been amazing. Mark definitely delivered on this. So much so that we’ve asked for a regular fortnightly clean from him. As a full time working mum the house had got on top of me so much and it was making me feel less than happy at home. Mark instantly lifted that mood. My husband is notoriously difficult to impress and he hasn’t shut up about how great the house looks. We would definitely recommend”

“Went in to get new tyres for the back of the car as I didn't know what size I needed and the guys were really friendly and helpful. They ordered in the size I needed there and then which they said would arrive the next day so dropped it off in the morning while I went shopping, came back and it was done plus they managed to get cheaper tyres than originally quoted so that saved me £20 which made a big difference after my shopping spree! Will be going back again :)”
