“I went in today to drop my plane iron off for the in-store sharpening service. Nathaniel offered to call me back once it was done, and give me a demo on how to set the plane up, and use it as well. He went above and beyond with getting the blade flat and sharp, and set it up beautiful, giving me some fantastic advice! It's my Grandad's old plane so I'm absolutely thrilled to have it working, and cannot thank Nathaniel enough. Aside from this, I always get great service and advice, and great products of course - cannot recommend the store and team enough.”

“Freddie our SharPei x Staffie is a very strong boy and can be a bit of a handful as he is not keen on getting his nails trimmed. He will struggle to get his muzzle off (not to bite but doesn't like to be restricted). Debbie was very calm and patient with him throughout the appointment. Also gave us some useful tips on nail maintenance. Very reasonable cost.”

“Outstanding!! I came in yesterday concerned over my pup with constant diarreah. He has just been on antibiotics from the vets but since getting him (now 17 weeks old) he's never had a solid stool and he's on puppy version of my older dogs food.. straight away two amazing staff members came over and gave me some good advice regarding my pup.. recommended this food and nothing was too much trouble.. came home last night, gave django his food and today.. he's had his first solid poo since iv had him. So bloody happy and he's currently bouncing round. So hats off to the staff outstanding advice and highly recommend anyone in a turmoil to pop in to warrington pets at home. Thankyou!!”

“Went with my husband to Halton urgent care centre this morning, who said they couldn’t deal with the issue and he would have to go to A&E at Warrington. We arrived just before 9 o clock, expecting a long wait. My husband was seen by 10 different people, from taking bloods and blood pressure, triage nurse, x-ray, specialist. All sorted out by 11 am. Excellent service could not have asked for better. I appreciate that anyone requiring an hospital bed would have had a significantly longer wait, but we should appreciate the good work the staff are doing and the pressures they are under, give praise when due, not just criticism.”

When my cat Rainbow, a sweet boy, was diagnosed with kidney failure just six months after we moved from Hong Kong to the UK, I felt completely lost. Dr. Archie changed everything. His endless support and professional advice gave me the confidence to care for Rainbow at home for nearly 23 months, with a quality of life I never thought possible. Rainbow only ever visited their clinic in the UK, so it was comforting that he could peacefully fall asleep in a familiar place. Deciding to say goodbye to Rainbow was the hardest choice I’ve ever made, but the team made me feel so supported and at peace. I left Rainbow with the clinic for two days before his cremation. When I returned to pick him up, he looked so serene, like he was sleeping sweetly. Seeing him like that brought calm to my heart, and I could finally let go. I wholeheartedly recommend Victoria Park Vet to anyone. They’ve also cared for my four dogs with the same dedication, and I trust them to keep my dogs healthy and happy for years to come. Dr. Archie and his team don’t just care for pets—they care for the people who love them.”

“My son’s been attending here now since just after the Easter half term this year. My sons developed in so many ways , he can be quite stubborn at the best of times , standards here are super high and work with every single child needs no matter how high or how low. Staff are incredibly on form with teaching and how they run things and have a very highly standard of professionalism which you can see. They are open and honest with each parent . Reporting back each day if anything needs to be addressed or reported. There on form with everything. Highly recommended nursery for your child to go too especially if your wanting a nursery for your child with such high standards of learning and still at the same time as your child being able to still be a child at the same time”
