“I recently booked a holiday with Trailfinders through Sam Henderson, who pulled together a superb itinerary for my wife and me. We spent 5 nights at Hurawalhi Island Resort in the Maldives, 5 nights at the Peninsula Hotel in Bangkok, and 5 nights at JW Marriott Khao Lak, Phuket. Each centre was exactly what we needed in terms of quality, location, and value. Sam understood what we wanted from the trip, starting with something extra special in the Maldives in an overwater villa, moving into the bustle of Bangkok with comfort and convenience, and finishing with a relaxing beachfront stay in Thailand. He balanced price and quality well, and nothing felt over the top or under-delivered. The Trailfinders app was also a real bonus. It had everything in one place,flight details, transfers, hotel information, but also extras and handy notes. It was much easier than juggling bits of paper or trying to find email attachments on the go. What impressed me most was the smoothness of all the connections between centres with transfers from airports to hotels, the seaplane to Hurawalhi, and even the shuttle in Phuket were all seamless. Trailfinders clearly work with good in-country partners, and that makes a difference when you’re in unfamiliar places. Everything just clicked into place, and that took a lot of stress out of travelling. I’ve used Trailfinders before for multicentre stopovers, and they didn’t disappoint then, nor did they this time. No hidden agenda here, I’m simply chuffed with the service. Sam and the team at Trailfinders went beyond meeting expectations; they genuinely exceeded them. I’ll happily book through them again without hesitation.”

“Once again, I would like to extend my sincere thanks, gratitude and appreciation to all the staff at the Iraqi Consulate in Manchester except for the receptionist who was trying to obstruct the processing of the application on the day, the 16th of December. (This was exactly the opposite of the receptionist I met on my first visit to the Consulate on September 30th of this year). They facilitated the correction of some simple errors that occurred in the agency transaction. They were due to my failure to review it, despite the fact that the responsible employee asked me to review it twice. “Over the years we visited this consulate for different issues we needed to resolve. All, and by all I mean 101% of our visits were resolved by the kind and professional staff, sometimes was at the begining of the day, other times at the second part of the day. It did not matter, always we finished for what we visited for. The staff was always kind and professional, gave the logic explanations if something needed to be amended or done otherwise but always presented to us different options to our needs... We always went there prepared as advised during the booking through the system but the base thing for successfully finishing our visits was the friendly and professional staff. Sometimes they even stayed over the closing time just to resolve our situation. I do not know how other people be unsatisfied by the service probably they were visiting without the documents needed or without all persons implicated present. I did this mistake once , I understood my mistake but I couldn't blame the staff for it. If is legal and you have what is needed you will be served extraordinary by the staff and your issue will be resolved. Last visit was today, all of my requests were resolved in less than 40 minutes. I was informed that a Consulate opened in Birmingham so sadly I will not visit probably any more at Manchester. But as my experience in those 10 years with this place was so positive and excellent never say never, I can drive 2hrs for such a service. “I had a great experience at the Manchester Consulate. The staff, including the manager, were very friendly and helpful. They were neither bossy nor rude and efficiently handled four NICOP applications within an hour. There is plenty of parking available on Conyngham Road, with three hours free, as well as a few spaces near the consulate on Dickenson Road (though I’m not sure about the parking timings there). At the time of writing this review, next-day bookings at the Manchester Consulate are offered at 7:00 PM every evening, Sunday through Thursday. I found plenty of available slots when I made my booking. There weren’t many people at the consulate on our appointment day, possibly because it was a Friday. I did notice a couple of people without appointments being served, but you need to have a thick skin in those situations, as the staff can be quite strict or blunt. Overall, I found the entire team pleasant and willing to help.”

“Took my dogs to be vaccinated at Grappenhall Veterinary Centre. Greeted by lovely pleasant staff on reception, the surgery smelt lovely when I walked in and was so clean and tidy. Alexa the vet was amazing in the consult and put my mind at rest- we think one of my dogs has a little heart issue and she reassured me on how to treat her going forward. I have complete faith that she will guide me through the next steps and I know that she is in safe hands. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alexa and her team :0)”
