“We've asked Simeon at Fluffies to cat-sit twice now. Our cat can be a bit of a diva and overly sensitive to change but once he knew what was what with Simeon all was fine. We met Simeon prior to our first booking and he obviously loves cats, so we felt comfortable with our choice. He has also put out/collected our bins and mail for us which helps to make your house look less vacant. His prices are exceptionally reasonable and we have been able to book him at short notice (although obviously try to book in advance if you can). Receiving updates and pics via WhatsApp every day really helps reassure you, especially if you overly worry about your pet.”

Nothing was too much trouble for them, they gave me a spare battery for the remote, they allowed me to charge my phone, and they even went and bought me a new battery to try in the remote. They even have recycling bins for the unusual things like medication blister packaging. Incredibly useful! The coffee beans were excellent too, so will definitely be going back again.”
