I've had my hair done by numerous members of the team - Rachel, Ashley (the owner) and most recently, Junaid. They are all so lovely and make you feel really welcome! But most importantly, they are fantastic at what they do! I always joke that they are like wizards as they create absolute magic with my hair. I always leave feeling a million dollars ❤️! Also ASH has some great extra features which add to the overall experience. You can now order lunch & a glass of prosecco from the Italian Deli next door. And if you refer a friend to the salon you also receive a complimentary bottle of prosecco. It's these little touches that once again add to an amazing experience.”

“I rang Steve when my daughter had hair extensions elsewhere and hadn’t continued with the proper aftercare. Her hair was extremely matted at the top of the extensions as she hadn’t brushed it and then the extensions had become matted together and she couldn’t style her hair. She was in tears - I called Steve and he got us in straight away - he sat and talked to us in detail about how to take them out and then spent his own time to sit and take them out, then made sure to go through every strand of hair making sure every bit of the matted hair was clear. He was so helpful and my daughter was so grateful. We are booked on to have them redone with Steve as he was very knowledgeable.”

“First time visiting florin for a Brazilian/kerrtin blow dry. I had this 2 weeks ago and it’s been amazing so far. I have previously had similar at other salons and this far exceeds them. I literally just wash my hair and leave to dry and I no longer look like I’ve been plugged in. I also curled my hair for the first time at weekend and it was so lovely. Price was reasonable too. Will definitely be returning next time I need this treatment. Thank you”

“Went to this salon today for the first time and Jess cut my hair, dont think I've ever had a better salon experience. Firstly as someone neurodivergent the atmosmosphere is lovely and isnt overwhelming, Jess took the time to talk to me so I had time to process what it is I wanted and checked in with me throughout the entire style to make sure I was still happy. Outside of that she let me sit in silence so I was able to relax without feeling pressure to socialise. She was really friendly and supportive and made the entire experience really calming. On top of that I love the hair style, she fully understood what I was after even though I'm not great at explaining it and the hair do felt really customised to my face shape and style. A genuine pleasure.”
