“So pleased with our puppy’s first groom. She is a yorkiepoo and her face fur around her nose was getting long! I tried several times to attempt to trim it but she was having none of it! I messaged Georgia to enquire and received lots of information of what her grooms involve….so we booked her in! Georgia said Willow was a very good girl and she came home looking and smelling beautiful- puppy trimmed all over (inc face!), ears cleaned which was also tricky for us to clean as she had stains following an infection and again, wouldn’t let us near her ears to clean them and much more. “I would like to thank Dexter's for advice - we have a young rescue cat who has been hungry all the time, even straight after food, waking up very early. The lady at Dexter's was so helpful, explaining that the food we were providing was not satisfying enough. We tried the recommended food and the difference has been amazing. The visit starts with a consultation about your requirements for that particular visit with advice and guidance provided where necessary. “Today, I decided to adopt a very cute Russian dwarf hamster called Nacho, who is now named Buddy. The level of care and compassion shown to this little hamster by the staff at Pets at Home was lovely to see, and little Buddy is a credit to those staff members' hard work. Pet shops get a bad reputation, but without companies like Pets at Home and their caring staff, what would we be left with? “Outstanding!! I came in yesterday concerned over my pup with constant diarreah. He has just been on antibiotics from the vets but since getting him (now 17 weeks old) he's never had a solid stool and he's on puppy version of my older dogs food.. straight away two amazing staff members came over and gave me some good advice regarding my pup.. recommended this food and nothing was too much trouble.. came home last night, gave django his food and today.. he's had his first solid poo since iv had him. So bloody happy and he's currently bouncing round. So hats off to the staff outstanding advice and highly recommend anyone in a turmoil to pop in to warrington pets at home. Thankyou!!”

“I had looked and rang around many groomers before booking in with smartbreeders, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and everything was covered on the call! I ended up taking her on a Saturday which was better for me but they aren't usually open weekends just that a girl had to make up a day! I’ve had my rescue zeena for 2 months now and had her groomed at pets at home first off but it was not a great experience, it was rushed, she was unfinished and I will not be returning again! The girl at smartbreeders was extremely helpful and profession, asked about zeena and what I want for her! I was worried as the previous groom said she screamed and didn’t like anything with the noise and had just had to do the best she could! Smartbreeders had her for around 3 hours so I went off to do some errand! They done exactly what I had asked for and she came out happy and looking beautiful! The girl even text me to tell me how she was and that she was doing great and to pick up whenever! I highly recommend them! Although it is across manchester 30 mins away and only weekdays I will definitely be using them going forward and will work around it! I will recommend to everyone! See for yourself!!”

“Charlotte looked after our two rabbits whilst we were away over Christmas and New Year. She was amazing with them both, and kept us updated with pictures and info each day. She saw to them twice a day, kept their areas tidy and cared for them like they were her own. She even went shopping to get extra veggies for them when needed. Would definitely use Charlotte again when we are away, and would recommend her to anyone!”
